Simply Bathrooms Hinckley

Extremely disappointed and let down , ordered and paid in full for new bathroom suite over 5 weeks ago . We’re told it was all in stock but there might be a slight delay on the Bath. Our builder then collected the suite and surprisingly the bath did arrive just a few days late however there was no toilet pan or shower screen. This resulted in us having to rebook the plumber and left our main bathroom out of commission. We have been patient but this has finally run out as we are still waiting for the screen and have been told the toilet pan could be another month ! The store has even said they may be able to supply the missing items by taking it from another order which leads me to believe this is what has happened to our original items. So disgusted at this sort of customer service and will certainly not use them again or recommend them. Would be interested to hear what the management has to say as an explanation

Awfull service from day one, I'm in the trade and I wont be using them again. I went in the hinckley branch to order a 3k suite and asked if everything was in stock which they said everything is but the bath and there would be just over a 3week wait for that, which I agreed would be ok, so I placed the order on 17/02/21 and paid the 3k there and then. I went back a couple of days later to pick up the suite, to be told not everything was there but for some reason the bath was considering there was a 3week wait also a few of the items wernt complete so couldnt fully fit the items but I wasnt too cornered at the time as I knew i could work around this knowing we hadnt started the job at that time and alot of work was needed to be carried out 1st. Anyway without going on and on, it's now 26th march and I'm still waiting on the toilet pan and shower screen after being fobbed off many of times chacing all the outstanding suite (which has all been paid for!)with promises of different delivery dates, then on the day being told it's another week.Absulte Joke! I'm told I wont be getting the items till the 5th of april! All this now has lost me money on the job, cost me alot of time also iv been charged by my plumber for having to rearrange and not only all that I could potentially loose a costumer, as they have been so stressed with it all with it being there only bathroom. I know times a difficult but if i was told in the 1st place about possibly having big delays with items I wouldnt have taken the job on at this time but being told it would be just over 3weeks for 1 item that wasnt a problem. I would hope the owner gets in touch to look into this further.

Amazing service from Simply Bathrooms. We shopped around on our Heritage bathrooms and they came out with the best price. They then held stock until we were ready and looked after us extremely well throughout the whole transaction. Keep up the good work!

Excellent customer service. Had a minor problem with a shower door bought several years ago. Replacement part supplied off the shelf with no fuss, no paperwork and shower is all good again. Glad I bought locally.

Very good, been around for years, they know their stuff and the shop next door will provide you with the equipment you need. Shop is accessible to disabled, with a good display, the loo with an automatic lid made me jump, whatever will they think of next?

Very bad experience, i went two times, with my baby for doing my bathroom, got the quote, booked the appointment for their installer for measurement but no one came for take the measurement. i called the store and rebooked the appointment. i took a day of from work and waited for their people. 15 minutes after rebook the appointment, someone called and told me they are not installing in Coventry which is only 12 miles from the store. i went 2 times no staff member told me about this. Neither their website or advertise, they are not mentioning about this.

Telephoned for a quote for refitting of entire steam shower cubicle and 2 toilets. I'm not talking a basic cabinet either!!!! Was told that the job was too small to be worth their while and that they doubt that I would find another company prepared to take on the work. Spoke to me with an extremely RUDE tone and attitude!!! He explained they like most companies only do quote - 'Full room refits'. Not true!! He went on to offer me small local plumbers numbers, which I politely declined - why would I take a recommendation from someone who spoke to me in this manner? Clearly only interested in PROFIT margins!! So much for take care of the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves. A small job from me now, may have lead to a big job in the future, or even recommendations to friends and family!!!!!!

Went into this store to get a quote for a full new bathroom suite and fitting. Kept looking at the customer advisor that was available looked over at me 3x untill I walked over and asked him for help, at this point he already looked more interested in his computer and seemed to be annoyed at me asking for help. I simply told him we were looking for a new bathroom suite to be installed, to which he asked if I wanted it tiled I said no, to which he pulled a face and said it's not really something we do but I'll give you some numbers. I wanted to buy a suite and have it fitted which would of cost money, but because I didn't want it tiled you were not interested. Well I'm sorry but you specialise in bathrooms and fitting do you not? Just because someone does not want a whole bathroom redone, it very much comes across as if you are only interested in money, which for a family run buisness in the Times we currently live in I'm shocked. It would of been money for you as a company, also further possible work and good recommendations. And as for the man I spoke to he had no customer service what so ever, was dam right rude and un interested in what I had to say, I'm a manger myself in retail and we go by moments of truths, great customer service can really make a massive difference to a buisness, so the fact I had to try and get his attention already put me off straight away, but the way he pulled a face and spoke to me topped it off, this man should not be in a customer role base if he cannot speak to customers.

All the staff were very polite, very helpful and were on time with delivery and fitting. Michael did an excellent job on fitting the bathroom suite and the cladding of the walls. We would recommend the company to anyone wanting a new bathroom suite.
