I go about 2-3 times a week, because the cookies are just that good! Can definitely recommend the filled croissant too. Lovely hot drinks, but the cookies are the best in my opinion. I’ve had the cookie club subscription twice now and I can’t fault them. My favourite cafe and patisserie! Not to mention the staff are lovely and kind.

I received the Cookie Club as a Christmas gift from a client; the cookies are stunning.
Part of the gift included a bag of coffee, I drink decaf. Bom Bom kindly said that I could exchange the bag of coffee for decaf. Which happily meant I had to visit the cafe. Subsequently, I was mesmerised by the display of amazing looking sweet treats. My tastebuds were not disappointed! The vegan chocolate brownie was stunning! I'm not vegan but will happily eat the brownie again.
I can’t wait for lockdown to end so I can visit Bom Bom again.

Nice place. Food had lots of flavour. Good coffee. Desert of hot cookie with ice-cream was delicious! Atmosphere fairly limited by the venue which is only reason for dropping a star.

This is a really good place for students and studious people. Plenty of sockets to bring your laptop and charge your phone.
I have been to both cafés in Loughborough, both serving freshly made food with quality produce. Staff are friendly and helpful. Canal Bank has a lot more room with space for young children to play.
Not quite right for those looking for more of a tea room vibe.

Good place, good vibe. My visit here was quite pleasant. Beware of the lack of seating though. Place does get quite busy, and not many seating space is available. Food was good though

I've been to the location near the university and this new branch is a lot more spacious and nice to have brunch at! I've had the waffles with a chicken panini both which were very yummy. I'll definitely be coming back. The building looks very modern too and cozy.

I can easily say that this is my favourite place in Loughborough. It is not just about the delicious food and the amazing coffee made with so much care, but especially about the nice energy that makes you feel recharged. I love the new space at the Canal House, it's such a vibrant place. Don't forget to try their cookie (both regular and vegan are amazing)!

Funky design orientated space, serving quality food and drink. A little noisy for conversation due to industrial feel, but plenty of space to move around and find your spot. Small area for young children to keep themselves entertained is helpful too.

Great atmosphere, fantastic staff, fast, efficient & friendly ???? amazing espresso ☕???????????? paninis, pastries, fresh cookies, soups, smoothies etc etc it was buzzing!
Great space for catching up with friends.
Furry friends are allowed in too, so popping in while out on a dog walk is is a great treat for Errol & archie as well as me ????

Trotz Corona-Beschränkungen eine gelungene Pause bei Kaffee, Tee und leckerem Gebäck in einer nüchtern modernen Atmosphäre. Das junge Publikum besteht beinahe ausschließlich aus den Studenten der Loughborough Universität, die Kuchen und Kekse sind selbstgemacht und sehr lecker. Das Café liegt etwas abseits der Innenstadt, doch der kleine Weg lohnt sich.
Despite corona restrictions a successful break with coffee, tea and delicious pastries in a sober modern atmosphere. The young audience consists almost exclusively of the students of Loughborough University, the cakes and cookies are homemade and very tasty. The café is located a bit away from the city center, but the little walk is worth it.
