A family run Italian cafe. (By Italian people.) Great food, reasonable prices. Excellent location right in the centre of Loughborough. Ideal for the weary shopper. There is even a roof top terrace where you can eat and drink your fill. The real jewel is the staff. The people who run the cafe are warm and friendly and have a great sense of humour. They are cheerful and helpful. Which gives the cafe a great atmosphere. I can't recommend it too highly.

There are many shops in this shopping centre, the shops are Game Loughborough, Three mobile, Topshop, boots, the works and WH Smith. Also, there is a 1 cafe called Cino Italian cafe. There are 3 entrances of this place that you can enter the supermarket and there is a car park. Cino Italian cafe is good worth a visit.

Came for breakfast this morning, nice and chill atmosphere. Can be a bit loud and hectic if families arrive with their children. However the food was decent and the best part was the customer service, super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely visit again when I visit Loughborough, coffee was fantastic as well.

Cosy Italian cafe located upstairs in the Carillon shopping centre in Loughborough. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and even on a first visit it was clear to see they had a great relationship with many customers. Good choice of hot and cold drinks and food varied from full breakfasts to pasta dishes. Most dishes can also be served as half portions for children. Great to see a slimming breakfast on the menu too.

This place is a hidden gem. In the centre of the carilion centre in Loughborough. You are very warmly welcomed. They always have a big smile and a friendly hello. Fab coffee and great toasties, panninies and cakes. The perfect place to catch up over a coffee.

My husband and l definitely recommend this cafe .Good honest fresh food , great portion size nicely presented .
Clearly the owner has taken trouble to ensure he has sourced the best quality food he can provide at the best price.He his son and is staff are friendly and extremely efficient.
When l was served l didn't realise it had to be cash he was a very good host and said have your food and go to the cash point later.
I was very impressed and he continued to ask every single person if they wanted any extra filling or sauces at no extra price.
His son genuinely walked around the restaurant to greet his customers with a wonderful smile and asking them if everything was alright and if they were happy .
He deserves to do well l only wish he opened up in Oakham where l live .
If you go for a trip to see the lovely park gardens them definitely give them a try.

Always very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. Bewn going in there since my youngest daughter started school. Omg!! How scary is that. It was 20 odd years ago. So they are doing something right.
