Disappointing to see one of your vans using parent and child parking at Sainsbury’s on Trafalgar Way in Croydon this morning. No child was present. Such behaviour denies other parents the ability to use these spaces.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Horrible customer service. We ordered an extractor fan and they first gave us two delivery dates and never showed up. After days of chasing they just stated they lost our order when they moved premises and they will have our order a MONTH later then expected. No compensation and no apologies were given.

I really like Gagenau products but recently I faced an extremely bad customer service experience - including from their after Sales procedures team. From the regular customer service representative right to the top managers of the company, the service I received was and still is unprofessional, unacceptable, unreasonable and disgraceful. The inconvenience caused to me, my family and my pet dog brings enormous headache and health issues. The customer service could not manage to resolve the problem, and show no interest in the difficult situation we are in. Instead their engineers caused more problems, more frustration, more inconvenience and damage to the item (freezer) I asked to repair. They charged me £££ for that and even suggested I buy a temporary freezer. It’s nearly been two months since I first reported the issue. Still waiting. On top of it, they do not even send you confirmation of exactly what they have charged you for, or when their engineers will come again. The customer service assumes that you can just wait around the whole day until an engineer turns up, and it’s your problem if you cannot. They don’t care if you are a single mom and have school runs as well as a job and meetings, or an animal with special needs. Very very disappointing to experience such an unacceptable service from a big company like Gagenau.

Brilliant well designed purposeful and function kitchen appliances. Something to invest in if you like to prepare good food. Great people to work with.

To call this place a showroom would do it a disservice. It is a beautiful experience!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have 7 different Gagganau appliances in my kitchen for which I have paid over GBP 20,000 and recently the fridge has broken. The company engineer came over on 27 Nov and I was given a repair date of 17 Dec (!!!). After many phone calls they managed to reschedule it to a few days before on 13 Dec. When the engineers came over it turned out wrong parts have been ordered and they were not able to complete the repair. This time I have been given the repair date of 24 Dec. I have told customer service that I don't think I should be paying for this repair as they have taken a MONTH to fix my problem and I was told I will still be charged for labour and call-out fee although I'm getting a discount on parts. This is OUTRAGEOUS and I will continue to contest these charges. A 5* BRAND IS PROVIDING A 1* SERVICE and their employees see absolutely no issues with it! I'm extremely disappointed and I will never buy their products again. There are other competitors, like Miele and Sub-Zero that provide a much better service. I think a reasonable time to fix an issue like that would be about a week and I would happily pay all the charges if I received the service that I have opted for when making an over £20k purchase of appliances.

Hi, WE bought Gaggenau appliances with FCI, don't buy Gaggenau. The customer service is very bad and this company as well. I bought a wine cooler 3months ago, the wine cooler arrived with the opening door on the left , so as how I ordered it . But the cover to fix the handle arrived with the handle on the right.so I can't use it. The retailer told me " it's not my fault, " But He is responsible to my order . When you bought something , it's to use it.He doesn't refund me and he doesn't want exchange the cover. I need to paid £300 more. It's unacceptable. I post a bad review for fci , my review is true and he told me if you didn't remove your review I will take a solicitor? It's not very professional and it is a bad behaviour for a retailer. I bought a combo steam oven Gaggenau, 8 months later I need to change the filter. ? I used my oven only 8 times. Definitively DON'T BUY GAGGENAU...It's very expensive and the quality is not good. Rip off -- a known fan noise problem and they charge £250 to fix -- including a 1000% markup of the spare parts
