For the past one and a half Years products seem to be disappearing from stock. The quality, which came with weight and solidity of cast metal seams to have been replaced with plastic leaving a sense of limited life, disposable goods. This is not what Kitchenaid was all about! The Customer service centre is also shocking. The Food Processor that I bought just over a year ago for just under £1000 needs a replacement knob. Just a part to make it whole again. I was offered a discount to buy a whole new machine! I am trying to BUY a part but they seem less than interested and why is there never a supervisor / Manager available for escalation. It’s this kind of backward movement that suggests that Kitchenaid is in serious trouble. Cutting costs, disposable product are eroding the brand which will eventually lead to loss of customer base. I’m shopping elsewhere.

Very pleased with their customer services. We had bought few of their appliances, but we were not 100% sure how to use them to their full potential, especially the large food processor. The staff at Wigmore St branch, spent nearly an hour to teach and demonstrate all the possible options in order for us to use these appliances correctly.

We are considering KitchenAid appliances for our new kitchen. Great service and the staff were very informative. At no point do you feel rushed and I fired many questions. All products are on display so you really can explore all your options. Well worth the visit and a professional service.

I have several Kitchenaid appliances that were made in the USA but I have a kettle which was made in China and it is very poor indeed. The paint started chipping right from the start and now it just won't work at all. As it is out of warranty, they have told me that it is too expensive to repair but have graciously offered me a 30% discount off a new one. Do they really think I would be prepared to throw away more money on a product that should last years and years - they claim exceptional quality on their website but this product is anything but. There are much more reliable kettles out there for a fraction of the price. I will never buy one again.

Whoever runs this showroom clearly values their privacy. Twice I’ve been here during opening hours to find the door locked.

My husband and I spent nearly 3 hours travelling up from Ramsgate specifically to come to this experience store as we're looking to buy one of the ovens and induction hobs. I checked the website before we left home and it said it was open between 10 and 6. We arrived only to find the store closed and looking as if it is being refurbished! No mention of this on the website and we're now £73.60 out of pocket. We tried phoning but no answer. Needless to say we're not happy! If I could give no stars I would

whoever leads marketing at kitchenaid needs to move jobs. whats the point of having a signature store in the top london location, if i cannot buy there the line up and the sales team recommends to use the online shop?

Dear Shelley
Went to the London "experience" store today KitchenAid KitchenAid London and oh what an experience we had. It was probably the worst (almost laughable) experiences in the worst customer service that I have ever received. We went to the experience store as we wanted someone who knew the product to explain it properly (the processor cook). We had looked at it online so went to John Lewis Oxford Street but they did't really know that much (except the colour choices). So we saw the new Experience store and thought they would be able to show us the product. We walked in. We were 100% ignored - not even a hello. There were 2 ladies sitting at a table typing away and I had no idea if they worked there or not or were just using free wifi. I asked "is there customer service here?" One of the typing ladies graced us with her presence and said yes how can I help you. We explain that we were interested to know more about the processor cook. She gave us a leaflet and told us to look on the recipes online to get an idea. What an experience!!! We basically forced her to show us the machine as we had come in especially to see the machine. She said she couldn't show us much as there was no food to cook. I asked her about the food processor attachment but she told me that she couldn't tell me anything about this as it was not available in the UK (but I saw it on the .co.uk website). I have to laugh, go in for an experience get totally ignored and on demanding service got directed to look at a website.

Kitchenaid are wonderful products; I have 5 but if anything goes wrong and it needs servicing DONT send to Kitchenaid support - you wont get it back - my first contact was on 11/03/2017 it was collected on 20th March and despite 12 emails; hours on the phone including calls to Bertie in Belgium I have not got my mixer back. All together what I've lost cost £821.98. Is it true that part of Kitchenaid has gone bankrupt? Good products bad service!
