I would highly praise Sub-Zero products and would buy it over and over again! The best!
However, l cannot say the same for Wolf, their products are not at the same league and the quality leaves a lot to be desired. I’d be better off with the cheaper makes in the market.
And a faulty product it is not recognised buy the supplier.

During the difficult time with Covid restrictions Stephen at Sub-zero Wolf London manged to provide me with all the details I required in deciding on a Pro Wall Hood. This included a video demonstration and pictures of the outside wall cap.I have now placed an order with a local authorised reseller as recommended by Stephen who are also professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a problem with our cooker on a bank holiday Saturday evening. The shop called me back and arranged for an engineer to contact me as we had no hob. The engineer fixed our problem over the phone at 9pm on a bank holiday weekend. We own the range through the house purchase and have absolutely no historical relationship with the store or engineer. What AMAZING service... ironically we had just returned from a week long residential cookery course and were keen to get cracking so you can imagine our disappointment to find the range not working.... thanks to the team for all your help! Would definitely recommend....

After care is terrible. Our appliance has a fault and you have to chase them all the time as they don't respond to your emails or call you back, we've had two appointments where the engineer didn't turn up and this issue has been going on for 7 months.

Very disappointed to rush from work to find the showroom closed early today, well short of published opening hours. I do not live or work in London and so am somewhat frustrated at not being able to view the product I was thinking of purchasing.
