Placed a surprise order for my partner to arrive before her birthday, paid for express delivery. Over a week later it hadn’t arrived so I emailed to ask why and was advised they haven’t began to make it yet they advertised delivered within 3 days on express delivery. Advised them that I wanted it as surprise on her birthday and with them not even making a start on it yet asked to cancel the order and process a refund. Advised me I will receive it within 3-5 working days, nearly 2 weeks gone I’ve emailed to ask if they have processed refund and no response. Definitely wouldn’t order again or recommend.

Absolutely brilliant! I ordered a necklace online for my daughters birthday but the estimated delivery was the day after. You can imagine my disappointment especially as deliveries are delayed at the moment with Covid-19. So I emailed the company to see if there was any way to get it to me for my daughters birthday and thankfully a lovely employee named Clea responded to me in a timely manner and said they would do their best to speed up the process and I am happy to say that I it arrived 2 days before her birthday, presented in a lovely box. The necklace is gorgeous and the customer service I received was amazing - would definitely recommend!

Posh Totty Designs, my favourite place to purchase jewellery. There is something so unique & personal about the way the jewellery is hand crafted. I have purchased multiple necklaces for both myself & friends. This years Christmas order I placed is currently on its way to South Australia to surprise someone dear to my heart. Posh Totty price their products so reasonably & there is something for every budget bracket. In my experience, the quality is well worth the more expensive price tag on certain pieces. I’ve never begrudged spending a penny at Posh Totty. You get a lovely little personal message in every purchase delivered to your front door & they thank you for every purchase. How kind & professional, it’s evident that they value every customer. On my first ever order, I had a slight issue. Within an hour of me dropping them an email I had a response & a resolution to the small issue, which was in turn fully rectified within 24 hours of my email. Amazing service! Thank you Posh Totty, I look forward to placing another order in 2019.

Weak customer service. The staff I dealt with were careless and thoughtless. There's a reason that something's are not available on the high street.

really like the look of there stuff, but got a necklace as a gift and the chain broke twice. First time it didn’t get far and was able to save it the second time all I was able to find was the pendant. Wouldn’t get a necklace from them again
