Amazing honey! Pure and natural with nothing added. The quality and flavours are amazing and definitely the best honeys I have ever tasted! I have purchased three times so far. The packaging is more than adequate and the customer service is impeccable with lots of written instruction about the honeys, where they come from and how to deal with the natural process of crystallization if it occurs. So far I have tried the Greek oak, fir and pine. Each has its own distinct flavour and character my favourite being the oak which is dark, thick and not too sweet. The pine is runnier and sweeter and the fir was the most unexpected experience of honey flavour ever. It was amazingly herby and very enjoyable. Thyme honey next.

I visited my sister who made me honey on a slice of toast I said to my sister OMG never tasted honey like it the flavour is incredible. I asked her where she got it from.The Raw Honey Shop she said then continued to tell me the story of the Honey Shop hence my purchase of my chestnut honey it is so much better than any shop brought honey. I would recommend it if you don't your missing out. YUMMY ????

I love everything about The Raw Honey Shop. The traceability of honey back to the area, hives and beekeeper. The care and focus on organic produce and artisanal production methods, working with small-scale producers and building relationships with them.
All of that means nothing, however, if the honey itself is not tasty! I can honestly say that I have never eaten honey as delicious as this. The Orange Blossom and Vanilla Fir are particular favourites.
Prices are very reasonable for such a high quality product and delivery times are super quick. I've found my honey supplier and won't buy from anywhere else!

This company buys the honey from a Spanish company called Miel Antonio Simon. They just add their own brand label to the jar and sell it on.. They dont have any of their own hives or produce their own honey.

I purchased a 1kg. jar of Artisan Greek Orange Blossom raw honey. It is delicious and well worth the outlay of £23+. It is from a single source maker with no other honey mixed in. I will definitely buy another jar when I have finished this one.

An advice, don't buy their honey online. I bought some honey in January this year and they didn't deliver it to me. They told me there were some issues with customs and my package was refused. I was refunded only shipping costs and around 100 euros went to their pockets for nothing. Next time I'm giving money for free I'm going to pay it to charity.

I cannot enfersise how good these honey products are. They taste amazing, the quality is second to none and the delivery times are excellent. I seem to eat this by spooning out of the hardest and I use it on virtually everything. It is so good it has helped to clear up my kids skin from spots. Truly worth every penny. I am very impressed with the taste of Tim's Raw Honeys.
I bought my first Organic Eucalyptus last July as a trial and it was delicious over and above honey's sweetness. I usually have it on my porridge in the morning.
Then in December, I needed to replenish my honey and decided to try Artisan Raw Greek Fir and Raw Organic Acacia, together with my now staple Eucalyptus–what treats! I didn't think I would be able to distinguish different flavours and notes. But was pleasantly surprised to discover that each is unique–the Acacia is sensorily floral–a sunburst of light and flavour, smell, the robust darkness and texture of the Greek Fir ... .
If you are thinking of trying honey or like honey–then I would definitely say you are in for a nourishing treat with Tim's Raw Honeys.
NB: Just remember, to preserve its healing properties honey must not be heated ...

I was looking for some raw honey and came across this great site- I ordered the Greek Raw Honey in The Traditional Clay pot.It arrived very quickly and I love the clay pot and as for the honey,,it's absolutely gorgeous,a deep toffee like flavour, something you could never get from the pasteurised plop they sell in the supermarkets.I drizzle it over my greek yoghurt every morning and pretend I am in a Taverna by the sea in a land far away! When it has finished I will buy a big pot to refill my lovely clay pot.Thank-you so much!

Truly fabulously healthy honey. A good choice of different varieties, with taste range from the lightly flowery to darkly caramel fudge. This is honey not to be taken lightly but enjoyed in a thousand ways with due reverence. Completely delicious and delightful to eat. I have always eaten raw honey and find the usual supermarket offerings blandly sweet. Tim’s honey is the very best of the raw honeys available. How lovely the wonderful bee keeping families can continue to work with their bees in such pristine environments. Customer service from this company is excellent and always helpful. The superb raw pollen is delivered with a personal little cool box to keep it fresh. Orders are easy to place and arrive quickly.

I bought a Kilo of Lime Honey and a Kilo of Chestnut Honey from The Raw Honey Shop and I found both to be really delicious.
I am not usually a Honey person but I thought I would try these Honeys because they sounded really tasty.
True to the description the Honeys are delicious and I found the people at The Raw Honey Shop a pleasure to shop with.

I ordered three kilos of organic honey with different flavors. Packaging was fantastic, very secure and the honeys arrived in perfect condition considering they were in glass jars. This honey is probably the best honey I have ever tried. If you’re looking for a real, natural and raw honey look no further. Amazing taste, beautiful texture.

I have been buying honey from Tim for last 3 years. Our family consumes a lot of honey instead of sugar with greek Yogurt, porridge, pancakes , also with tea when having cold etc. I cannot comment highly enough on incredible quality of the honey. Last month I purchased large 3kg jar instead of 3-4 by 1kg and I don’t think this honey pot will last long.????????Such an amazing quality, taste and freshness. I have been buying honey from The Raw Honey Shop for several years. The honey has always been superb and delivery excellent.
A number of companies can claim this, what makes them stand out, apart from the honey, is the level of customer service. The guys there really know their honey, I personally like strong honey, it is great to be able to discuss the different characteristics of the honey with people who really understand their product.
I recently bought some honey for my daughter, she thinks it is great and she normally does not like honey, her hay fever this year is much better than normal.

I have dealt with this company now for over a year, and my experience with them has been very good. The quality of the produce is excellent, and from all I have found, well sourced. Information on the origin of the honey is readily available.
One of the reasons that I took an interest in raw honey supplies, was that I needed to find something with similar health benefits to Manuka honey, but with a better flavour. Every one of the Raw Honey Shop's products I have tasted are more pleasant to the palate than Manuka, and each of the flavours, though sometimes strong, are all unique.
Generally, I am confident about shopping online, but with expensive foodstuffs, especially in glass containers, I could understand anyone being a little nervous. In my experience, I wouldn't let this worry you; they use reliable couriers, and package things well.
From what I have observed, (no peer reviewed article from me here) there does appear to be positive health benefits from their usage. I would encourage anyone who is considering a purchase, to certainly give their wares a fair try!

What a treasure house this shop is.I didn't know what honey was until I found this place.
Have been a customer for about three years and have been treated to a range of honeys from as thick as softish toffee to light and tangy with enough taste sparkle to make my eyes water.
And best of all, the owner goes to the actual producers and brings us honeys which we would not otherwise have known about.
Much better than your mass produced stuff.
