Terrible experience and made my parents feel very uncomfortable for trying to do a good thing. Enquired about kittens but was told the garden was inadequate due to them possible being able to get out when they are older. We had a cat for 21 years and she was fine going out in the day. Spoke to like they were doing a bad thing.
