Nick is super professional, attentive and an excellent vet to all our pets. Cats and Dogs. Nick makes our visits feel enjoyable, personal and reassuring. He takes time to know our pets and remembers them and their history and completely understands us as owners too. He is a credit to the Medivet brand. Thank you Nick ????

Cannot recommend this vet highly enough. Everyone on the team has always been friendly, clear and caring with us, and I have not once felt that the goal was to perform any extra treatment or make things complicated for the dogs. With our two dogs, we have seen already a couple of vets and one of them has had very bad experiences in the past. I first tried this vet with an emergency foster and was very impressed by the professionalism with which the whole team dealt with him, their patience as well as their non-judgmental attitude. That experience made me transfer our other two dogs to this vet, too, and even our fairly traumatised dog has had an overall good experience. Also, they have a backyard in which they can do face to face consultations with clients and ensure social distancing, which is very reassuring.

Twice now they have tried to charge me again weeks later after already having paid for a mediation/service. Thankfully, I realized both times and was able to argue the bill, however, if enough time had passed that I could have easily forgotten and gone ahead and paid them.
They are extremely unorganized at almost every appointment I've gone to with them. Unfortunately, they are the closest vet to us, but I am considering moving my pet's care.

Einstein was so relaxed about his visits to this vets surgery in the past the journey has been an upheaval as it was so far away and the Vet was very caring and kind and gentle everyone loved Einstein at this Vets Surgery it’s a great Vet and very Close by in Highgate makes Einstein’s visits easier to manage locally Thank you So very much
