Well.. Do NOT come to this vet! That's if you want your animal to suffer and be in pain for years to come. These ladies and gentlemen at this clinic are brilliant and I must say the best I have been too, after bring my cat in for an emergency check up after being refused to be seen by my local vet this is now my go to place. I'm not local but I will continue to come here. The Vets themselves are great, they actually care about your animal and although they have to charge they ain't in it for the money like other vets I have been too. They are always willing to help, give advice and they tell you what's what. The reception staff are 'Wow', amazing, calming, like to cheer you up when you are feeling worried and they are very funny. Once they recognise you they feel you with warmth with their welcome and you will be leaving with a smile 9/10 times. This is the vet for you, even if you have to drive for hours then just do it as there isn't any other vet as good as these. If you don't believe me then just pop in for a chat. Best vet ever. I have been with Animal Ark for 11 years & i have always found all the staff to be Amazing. From being greeted by the very friendly reception staff, the very caring nurses & the very experienced Vets. All very profesional all very friendly. Not everyone may know your name but they certainly know your pets & thats whats Important. Im not Mrs G im Bebas Mum that alone is so reassuring. Recently my Doggie hasnt been too well & had major surgery. When i went back for her 10 day post op check up Oh my Goodness it was like a Superstar had walked through the door. Everyone Greeted her , the staff showed concern for her it was really nice even tge Cleaners came over to Greet her. I really couldnt be more greatful & appreciative for everything everyone did & of coyrse i have to give a special mention to Linden My Doggies Vet, thank you so much Linden i would have been lost without your guidance & support, thamk you x

I have been their customer for 5 years and always been impressed with the service provided by Animal Ark. Despite the fact that their staff often try to upsell, their friendliness and helpfulness cannot be better. I thought so until I had a bad experience with the my cat’s last surgery. The surgery was scheduled for the day and time when supposed to take my exams at university. Therefore, a doctor promised me that instead of calling me, they would send me a text confirming that the surgery went well. However, I did not receive any message from the vet either before or after my exam. Once I managed to reach out to them on the phone, I was told reproachfully that I should have to call them at 2.30pm. I did not have a chance to reply since I was advised to call back in 1 hour. To cut a long story short, I was lucky to get my cat back and bring him home late in the evening. Everything was fine with him, and also, a doctor said that they’d done the dental cleaning for my cat free of charge. I really appreciated this. However, at home, I realised that there a catheter had been left in one of my cat’s paw. So I had to remove it myself. It was so stressful for me and painful for my cat. Luckily, one of my friend, who was a qualified nurse, helped me with that medical procedure. I complained about this unpleasant situation to a vet manager at Animal Ark who was very understanding and compassionate. The reason for my complaint was not because I wanted to punish anyone, but because I wanted them to take preventative measures to make sure that this would not happen to other customers who might be less able to assist their pets in the similar situation. As a result, I was offered to deal with another doctor who was incredibly friendly and competent. He was a real professional. Also, I was offered to come to the vet every 2 days to change my cat’s wound dressing. I was promised that I would not pay any consultation fees but I would need to pay around £30 for medical materials (bandage, glue, tablets). However, when one of my friends brought my cat to the vet few days after, they tried to charge him a full price, including £21.45 of consultation fee. After another 2 days, I took my cat to the vet again. Since I was late, I had to deal with another doctor. So this was the time when I realised that always friendly staff could become rude and unsympathetic as soon as they found out that the customer had made a complaint. Just to make it shorter, the new doctor and nurse did not smile and did not show compassion to my cat when he was crying because of the pain when the doctor was taking the wound dressing off. Neither doctor nor reception staff replied to me when I was leaving and said ‘bye’ to them. They just ignored me. Btw, they charged me a full price, including a consultation fee. I did not even bother to remind them about our previous agreement. I just wanted to get out of that place because I was so upset. Although it is well known that people engaged in customer service should always stay objective, do not take anything personally and do not judge, the Animal Ark staff is more concerned about making money. To this end, they will upsell you and surround you with fake friendliness. Never go back there again.

I have been going to this vet for years. My two cats come here and all my daughters cats also come here and we love this practice so much. I was here today with my daughter as my cat Kipa has been here for over 4 days. It's been a tough few days but I have to say how wonderful the lovely ladies at reception have been to me. They always give me updates when me or my daughter calls and most importantly their compassion and kindness makes such a difference. I was running late today and upset that Kipa is still there but when I walked through the doors of the ark I was greeting by Debbie, Elle, Simone and Sabrina with a huge smile and lots of positiveness which made me feel better already. I spent some time with Kipa and again on my way out they made sure I was ok and told me that if needed anything to call. These ladies are just fantastic and a big thank you to them. Debbie i have know for years whilst going to Animal Ark and she has not changed one bit - just as kind as she was on day one - no matter who is there on reception you always know you will be welcomed with a big smile and that does take away the stress of going to the vets.

We have used this vetinary service for many years but most recently added a French bulldog pup to the family. After only having him for 3 days, at midnight on a Sunday he swallowed a raw hide bone the size of a mars bar and began to choke. Reacting quickly my Dad phoned the 24 hour mobile number which went through to answer phone. Could do nothing but leave a message then wait. Within 5mins or so a guy named 'Andrea' contacted us, he calmly listened to the details then said bring him to surgery ASAP. We live close by so that wasn't a problem but the vet on call lived half an hour away. I honestly thought the dog may die in my arms on the way because his breathing became erratic. Frenchie's struggle to breathe as it is. Tried not to panick but It was quite shocking! Upon arrival a young lady reassured us. She did some health checks whilst we waited. 20mins later 'Andrea' arrived. He explained what had to be done. Luckily a few days before, when having a 2nd jab at the Ark, we were given a trial period of 4weeks free pet insurance as the procedure was expensive, near enough £500 to be exact. Cut a long story short it was a happy ending. The little man is fine now so is my pocket haha I would just like to say thank you to the Animal Ark and commend 'Andrea' for he's professionalism.
