Really upset with how I was treated. Booked my 12 year old dog in for her jabs. Due to covid we have to wait outside, which is fine. My dog was so scared with the traffic that she messed on the floor, then fell in it. I was trying to clean her up when the member of staff called her name, and took her lead. I had no chance to comfort my dog. When she brought the dog out, she handed me the payment machine, and said oh the vet said she has a heart murmur. I was upset and asked what that meant, and she said that I haven't paid for it, so if I'd like to book an appointment with the vet I could find out. My dog was shaking and visibly upset, however I felt all they wanted was more money. I took her to another vet for a second opinion, and they couldn't find anything. Annoyed and upset is an understatement. I have used your vets for years, to be dismissed and treated like this was terrible.

Took my new puppy for a vet check as they were very nice. Although I couldn't go in the vet called me to discuss everything about what my Sammy needed and I felt confident that she knew what she was talking about when I asked advice.

My fur baby was very poorly and had to be put down, yourvets was very supportive and caring, they were so gentle with him in his final moments. Couldnt of asked for a nicer bunch of people in our hour of need. Brilliant vets very professional and very easy to talk to. The reception stuff are also amazing x

My client took her feline here for a health letter for breeding and snap test before breeding. Her cat had fleas and the vets wrote a letter to say the cat was in healthy condition. Based on the letter I took the cat in and fleas were in my home. If you care for your pet then dont take your cat to this vet practice I still havent recieved any apology or any call. Absolutely unprofessional vets I have ever come across and they aren't even my own practice.

Expensive but saved my dog so I'm grateful for that. Was supposed to refund me money once insurance went through but never happened. Partly my fault because I didnt chase it (was more concerned about my dog) staff are friendly and very helpful. Can buy some pet supplies here.

Disappointing service from Pam and Leah today. I was 7 minutes late for my appointment, which I accept is completely my fault. Where the justice when the vets are running late and your expected to wait. When I went to pay Leah with has no please or thank you manners. I ask for my addition de-flea medication reluctantly, why I don’t know as I have been paying for it. Seriously disgusting behaviour. Staff need training on customer service skills. Just called up to say who do I contact about a complaint and And that I will be taking my business elsewhere and Pam says whatever you feel best. Plain rude!

Been using this vets for nearly 2 years on healthy pet club . The last 3 times ive rang to arrange flea/worm for both my pets at £25 a month i pay had the phone slammed down on me and told emergencies only even though im getting emails saying i can get this on repeat prescription ? Tried to call once more phone was put down again so i cancelled my direct debits but within 2 days i have an email and a itemised bill to pay for the discount i got of jabs in january . Rude behaviour and Cant talk to your customers even to give advice if cant get treatment i need during this time (i appreciate we are in lockdown ) so some things are not accessible but to be that rude to a customer is discusting ! Oh and i was ringing as my dog had worms even after having worming tablet up to date ended up having to pay for the treatment elsewhere whilst still paying for your monthly service and now have a bill through my door.

polite friendly staff, but been their twice for two different reason, both times been hit with your dog has got this and will cost thousands upon thousands, I then go to another vets who will give a simple prescription and my dog is better in a couple of days both times. seems they just push for big tests when not necessary.

They cremated my cat in 2015 despite being told I was going to arrange private cremation and just said had been a mistake. They after bout year offered me
a free plaque which I never got. My cats are my family and I got so stressed and anxious that I was out on antidepressants. I would never take any animal there ever again

My beautiful pearl was put to sleep due to having cancer seb the vet showed compassion, kindness and let us stay with her throughout the procedure and afterwards we were allowed to stay to cuddle and say goodbye to her in our own time x

Very passionate friendly staff. All the vets we see worked very hard to help my lovely staff Coco. In the end he had to have his poorly eye removed, but he is still as beautiful as ever! Thank you to all the staff for helping save his eye as much as they could. Highly recommend.

First visited in October 2016 with my 3 month old puppy as recommended by my uncle. The staff were very accommodating and patient with my pup. Very gentle, attentive and helpful. I didn't feel like they were trying to over sell things to me as a new pet owner. My pup has been back another 2 times to this vet and every visit is very calm with all the vets. Definitely recommend this vet to any locals in the Dagenham area!
