For Doris Banham dog rescue to be able to bring any dog down for treatment at any time of day and night is very special for us. The treatment our dogs receive there are no words to it the practice and Hospital justice. From the receptionist, nurses, vets and everyone else you will always a receive a professional, caring and friendly atmosphere that want the best for you pet.

Utterly faultless. This has been my family vets since it opened and we regularly make the hour plus journey for all our animals needs.
The staff and quality of care is second to none! Over the years, some of the animals and faces have changed, but the levels of compassion and personal care never have.

This is now my preferred specialist vet for brachycephalic dogs. They are very knowledgeable and have a wide range of treatments, vets and specialists. My baby MiMi has been treated here and we couldn’t be more pleased with her treatment and love she has received ❤️

Yesterday I came over to drop off a pigeon that I saw on the side of the road that I picked up and put in a box because it was injured, when I went to drop it off one of the receptionists that I was dealing with just genuinely had no compassion or just didn’t care, her attitude was like “we get pigeons all the time” and “if you want to know how it’s doing come in tomorrow” and it really left me with a bitter feeling once I left, I’ve been a customer at this place for decades and had a lot of respect for this place as they have treated my rabbits well, but now I’m definitely reconsidering moving to another vet because of this.

This practice has friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff who are kind and respectful of customers and animals. You're always offered a drink upon arrival and made to feel comfortable and you never have to wait long at all. The areas are always clean and hygienic and the prices are very reasonable. Also love that help is available 24 hours

Someone was pissed to be there only for fleas, but for me it was a pleasure to be in that waiting room where they have tea-coffee with biscuits! Until someone toke care of my little boy!
A very friendly atmosphere, and the staff is very caring! My cat was treated like a king, (even if he wasn't really happy) and the price was OK.
I recommend!

Been going here a little over 10 years and I cannot think of where begin to sing Animal Ark's praises. The are absolutely brilliant! My cat Tom became very I'll but after a couple weeks of in house care, tests and treatment he has never been healthier. However please make sure you take out pet insurance.

I cannot praise this place enough! My 2 doggies actually get excited to go there and they used to cry and try to run out of their previous vets! All the staff are amazingly friendly, kind and helpful. But the best thing is that these guys simply are not greedy! Their prices are the best I have ever paid and coupled with the service provided this place is truly outstanding! Really well done guys for providing such an impressive service.

Can’t praise you enough for the professionalism you have shown to me and our cats once again today.
My own work involves a busy GP Surgery in the NHS in Islington and from my perspective you have a genius way of welcoming your clients - which is mainly your excellent staff of course!
Thank you to reception for the smiles and the coffee on arrival (reception even showed me how to use the free coffee machine which is just what you need after a busy day at work and rushing to the Vet!) , the fantastic (!) new premises, the so professional and competent, friendly,careful and genuinely caring Vetinary nurse that attended to our cat Alfie Mueller today.
You really make owners ????????♂️????????????????????????????????????and cats ???? feel welcome and well looked after. Thank you - you have excellent staff working for you!
Both our cats have been cared for in such a brilliant way over the past 4 years - ranging from extensive dental surgery ???? for our older cat Tiger,the usual smaller things and also the healing and mending and Controlling of the Skin Problems of our younger cat Alfie.
I highly recommend this Vet Practice - absolutely amazing.????????

After my mum had her dog treated by the PDSA (who really seemed to not care at all) I called Animal Ark to check on the dog's post op wound. The vet made a fuss of the dog and and showed my mum what she should do to look after him in his recovery (something the PDSA didn't bother with!). You really can tell the difference between people who care about animals and those just doing a job!

Very professional clinic, it was my first time taking my kitten to a vet and I was quite worried but the team here reassured me and took care of everything with great care.
A little more money than I expected for the check up and medication, but they did a thorough job so I guess that is expected.
