I ordered something only to collect from this store, and it was a surprisingly easy process. However, they said they wouldn't be able to give me the item if I didn't have the collection code, which I can imagine would be annoying to someone who had forgotten it. The place itself is very warehouse style and to be honest, the service is as basic as the decor.

Very good.
Charlie the female kitchen designer was excellent.
Whilst I waited for my mum to arrive and I was looking around, 3 staff approached me to ask if I wanted help.
Great shop.
Though just as they've only just started selling a proper range of LED bulbs, they're light switches are out of date - no motion sensor wall switches were on display. No eco-friendly paint either.
Good FSC certified wood products though like any B&Q, this shop is good.

Awful staff! No knowledge at all about what they are selling; they not interested in the DIY business or customer service; they are not helpful and have no manners.
Do It Yourself, bring your own tools and do not look for staff or any help. Bringing your own carry bags will help too since they have only small ones and they are not afraid to tell you.
