It's a bit "hit and miss" with what is in stock, but I find that the searching is part of the fun.

Small but convenient store. I love shopping in this store. Stock at times is low, can't find what you looking for all at one go.

Ideal for bits and pieces. Decorating tools and materials. Gardening equipment and lighting. The upstairs is more construction type such as woods and carpentry tools etc

There are no lifts to the second floor where the car park is located, so had to carry all my shopping up as know members of the store where willing to give me a helping hand to load up my car. Ended up leaving half of my shopping in store without paying!

Staff just chatting to each other, and dont have any product knowledge unfortunately.. expensive. They send you to a larger B&Q instead of checking they have what you need...

Worst B&Q ever !! Literally never have what you want , always have low or no stock .. extremely rude staff and very unhelpful and uncaring ... the attitude from the women that work there is horrendous .. no equality in that shop either all Jamaican women who do nothing but shout at you in patwa

Speedy visit, bought plants from outside. Gorgeous but little bit pricey and bags for 5p only just about big enough for 1 plant so had to purchase 4 bags!

Service was great bought a ton of flooring and the sales adviser was great in handling our indecisiveness and we got help loading our cars in a distanced manner.only gripe no lift to upstairs where car park which is shocking.

High street shop rather than industrial estate makes this shop more accessible. Parking on roof for drivers. Less range than a superstore but it's easier to find stuff for most needs.

This is a very awkward store. The location of the car park and is accessibility is poor. Wouldn't purchase large items from here. Especially due to the fact the lift wasn't working to get to the lift.

I'm impressed with the way this branch of B&Q had organised itself. Social distancing was practiced inside the store and you can feel the cleanliness inside it. Staff were friendly and accommodating inspite of the pandemic.

My friend called it Click and not collect. There was fault on both sides. But I worked for HP and he worked for Rolls Royce.. Two world brands for quality. I don`t blame the staff but if I did own shares I would be suggesting the board of director where check that they still had a pulse and were not brain dead.

Very unsatisfying customer services by Luke. Making a major complaint about this and never have I as a customer experience an advise take out their phone and film a customer with the audacity to swear aggressively whilst at working. Very Abusive behave and threatening.
