Absolutely appalled by the way the staff treated us upon going to exchange a bracelet I had received on my birthday Saturday. My partner bought the bracelet and was given a small size instead of a medium when we went in to exchange it they caused a massive a fuss as I had put it on to try it and take it back never had an issue with exchanging pandora bracelets we had the receipt but not the box I was told you wouldn't exchange a pair of jeans without having the bag if it didn't fit then they told us they didn't have the right size and they didn't know when they would have that size in stock didn't really care l won't be going back in there if I can help it just because we didn't look like a certain clientele

Had a really good shopping experience here. Served very quickly (and at a busy time in the run up to Christmas). The staff were kind and very helpful and the person who received the product as a gift loves it. Prices are very reasonable and I will be going back for more gifts in the future!
