Atrocious. Awful. Shocking. Words just don’t describe how terrible Domain India is. They should be shut down. I wish I had done my research and read these reviews before I purchased and paid (upfront) for a premium 3 year domain package and website design service etc. Honestly, my 2 year old daughter talks more sense than this lot. Stay clear!

Awful services. Don't buy their services. From last 7 days, they're lying me that they will fix my problem. Every day they seek for 1 day to fix my problem but when the next day I come to check I get the same error. I told them to give me access to my database. I will do myself that also they're not providing me. Don't trust these guys. Now I will put a case against them in consumer forum.

No words to damn it. Every now and then server is down. Blocked my cpanel entry when send a query. Deleted all my web contents at their own wish. Utter heartless and crooked people. Pl. backup your site content for safety. Struggle is on... Wait pals here..will post more if they have balls to keep this platform open.

they dont even deserve 1Star.
worst worst ever service provider and support team.
I have been facing issues with my hosting panel, its more tn 40-50days.. but its not yet solved.
we faced loss, and even planned to goto consumer forum as we have all the responses via mail.
when ask for support They will make you hold till EOD and after that its never solved .. next day again they will ask you to wait till EOD and again same stuff..
If you raise tickets, they close it without solving the issues.
No place to complain, the girl on phone support is clueless about world, what is going on..
We faced good loss of reputation and business because of you guys. and you must be sorry for that...

Still some issues are pending with my request and I just log in to costumer service online services and had a conversation with Mr.Mahesh, a nasty and very negative guy.. I made the ticket finally because he is not responding at all to my issues and I mention about him in my ticket.
This kind of employees will take this company to graveyard, take care Mr.CEO.

Very poor service. At first it was Good and now they are not maintaing properly. I got 4 hosting on this server for myself and for my client. Their cost is little bit less and there were free SSL so only I bought and recommend for my client. Now I am planning to migrate to other servers. They don't have security they blocked one of my server for more than week still I didn't get the server back online. How ever next 2 months it's validity I will migrate it.
