What a helpful and knowledgeable person Neil is. My knowledge of technical thinks regarding email and websites is not great and Neil answered all of my questions in a clear and concise way that I understood. Five years ago I posted a five star review here. However, in 2021 I can only rate eUKhost a 3 star operator. The technical support provided by eUKhost are really good, I can't fault them. However the billing side is run by a bunch of jokers. They cancelled one of my domains for non payment, even though I never got issued an invoice. Sorting the issue out was tedious. No goodwill gesture offered even though I've been a customer for years. In conclusion, eUKhost are ok. Sure mistakes happen, but I didn't really feel satisfied after this debacle.

As a web developer, I can say that this company is not very professional. Our whole dedicated servers go down frequently, often in the middle of the night. Clients of ours aren't happy with this obviously. Then their support is very unprofessional. They don't get to the root of issues, just patch whatever is currently wrong. Then they'll transfer you to another agent mid conversation and you'll have to explain the whole issue again, to get them on board. Agents don't seem very competent either. At our agency we've lost count the amount of times that our server has had issues and downtime. If you're looking for a quality hosting company with reliable speeds/uptime/security, then do avoid this company. You have been warned.
