For few days I’ve checked different hosting company from different points. Altho that eukhost is not the chipset in the market but so far it’s the best for value that they offer.
My first impression was near two hours of chat and asking so many question in online chat, that convinced me the team is professional and super patient to answer any question.

Aidan K was very helpful. Patiently sorting out my tangled e-mail issue with two addresses. Where one appeared to work and one did not. Helpfully walked me through the process of checking sending and receiving and instructed me in the use of cPanel to make the necessary changes. Cannot fault the service and the support. I have only been with this service provider for 8 years but I highly recommend them as the best service I have found in the UK. Thank you very much, Aidan K! I used to host with EUKhost years ago and moved away for a specific reason that was going to cost me a lot more with them at the time but I was a bit disappointed to have needed to move as their service had always been awesome.
Having taken another look at their pricing options recently and compared to a number of other suppliers they are extremely competitive now. I am therefore in the process of moving a site back to them and within less than 24 hours they have demonstrated why I liked them in the first place. I just used the live chat with their Windows support team and spoke with Percy Park. Percy understood the issue straight away, resolved it within minutes and gave me lots more advice in the process.
Great customer service wins over price every time and I am very happy to be coming back to eUKhost.

I have used EUKHost for a while now, with both shared hosting and VPS accounts. The actual service and performance has always been good, but what I value the most is the speed of support. I can get through to staff almost immediately, and almost everything has always been fixed there and then. On the very few occasions an issue has had to be escalated, it's been resolved less than an hour later. Very impressive host and having been with many over the years, for anything I want hosted in the UK or Europe they are my first choice.
