I have been with eUKhost for many years, it's a shame I have been with them for so long especially with the horrendous support I have received over the last couple years. To go into each instance of issues I have been through is long winded however things like all of my websites being down or server resources are minimal and some websites struggle to operate which would then require you to buy more resources which are common. I finally have had my account Terminated which is actually a blessing as I felt trapped into their contracts every-time renewals hit. The price of their services are not bad, however you get what you pay for, cheap hosting poor service. I do not, and can not recommend this company to anyone and I feel most of the reviews on google are indeed fake as they can be purchased online. Always do your research and sometimes the cheapest isn't always the best.

We have had no end of problems with eukhost. Our website has been up and down for weeks, it has been unnavigable and we know that that’s not just for us, it’s for everyone. We have an email alert system set up that tells us when our site is down, then we use the website ‘down for everyone’ to check. We have been getting alerts regularly, especially at weekends.
When we go to their support team with screen shots, recorded down times and other evidence they tell us there is no issue and that the site is working.
It’s the cheapest hosting on the market, but the revenue we have lost due to our site being down probably equates to more than what we paid, so the overall experience has cost us greatly. You absolutely get what you pay for.
Terrible service, terrible support, I cannot NOT recommend them enough.

Great Support. Until this very moment it is the best out of the three different hosting I have tried. Every single time I had a problem it was solved in minutes and with great professionalism. For the moment I am Extremely Satisfied. I had a problem caused by the Theme in my website and after few attempts to find the cause Kris G solved it.
Update: I had another issue not caused by EUKHost and Alec U solved it for me in a matter of minutes. Once again the Customer Service is Incredible.
