An outstanding web hosting service. 34SP host our charity website for free, as they do for a plethora of other UK Based charities.
In the past 12 months we've noticed zero down time of the website at all, and the control panel interface makes management simple.
Customer support is superb, with emails usually answered within an hour, obviously it might take a little longer if it's out of hours!
I would (and I already have!) absolutely recommend 34SP to others!

18 months ago we made an ‘out of the blue’ application to 34SP to agree our use of their offer to provide free web hosting for small registered charities. They accepted us and since that time we’ve greatly benefited from the benevolence this generous sponsorship affords us.
We use the 34SP WordPress Hosting Plan to run our website. This plan makes an appreciable difference to our ability, particularly as a group of volunteers, to provide and maintain a secure, reliable and effective digital presence that helps us fulfil key objectives such as new member recruitment and delivering skills for life to our members. I run a website for a local charity and had never heard of 34SP. They came up when I searched online for charity hosting, they have free hosting packages for charities, so of course I had to find out more. I sent off a quick email and within a day, I had an account set up and website running. Bearing in mind this is a free account, I was overwhelmed by the responsiveness of their sales/support staff. Dealing with just one person, emailing back and forth continuously, it was a pleasant experience. They went far and above what I had ever experienced before from a web host, actually copying my site over for me and doing a lot of the work I had expected to be doing myself.
I'm about 3 weeks in now and another thing I'm pleased to say is, the speed of the website, it seems far quicker and more responsive than I've seen it before.

I have had an account with 34SP.Com since January 2009. That in itself should say a lot about their level of service which has been brilliant over the years. I have used them for Joomla and WordPress sites as well as some bespoke information sites.
They always respond quickly and deal with my requests in a timely manner. I have never had to phone as their online response is so good. I prefer this sort of support as it also means you have a paper trail of what is going on which helps me understand the problem.
Any charities I have done work for love them as they set up a free WordPress account once a domain has been bought and a charity number supplied.

I heard about 34SP at a WordPress MeetUp group, and have since used them to host my own small site, and for the website of a charity I'm a trustee of. 34SP helped us to transfer this site from an unhappy situation at another hosting service, a move which we'd been told would be difficult and costly. But 34SP did it quickly, smoothly and as part of their free hosting for charities deal. A year on, I'm still looking for the catch but have not yet found one. It has been a totally positive experience, they get back to us quickly, deal with everything professionally and have saved us a lot of money. Very happy to recommend.
