My go to hosting company for many years now, they've always been very helpful and personable when I had any issues, helping me work through my own lack of knowledge at times too.
I've had a number of different types of accounts - Personal, Reseller, and Wordpress Hosting - have recommended them to many people and never had any serious problems or outages. Any issues that do arise (usually of my own doing!) are always expertly and clearly handled by their excellent support team.
34sp aren't the type of company to continually upsell either, if things are working for you, you'll barely need to contact them, although they have once offered me a new package that was cheaper for me!
Hard to fault, HIGHLY recommended!

I've been a 34sp customer for over a decade, with seven sites currently hosted by them. I've often recommended 34sp to other users, and no-one has been disappointed, or given me other than grateful thanks for the recommendation!
I like the fact that you're speaking to real UK guys with whom you can build up a relationship over the years. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and you get a prompt and polite answer even if you ask something that you should have been able to fix yourself from their Resource pages! They're tenacious when it comes to the occasional hard-to-solve problem, and explain what to do really well – this is important because I'm not a computer geek.
Their price is competitive, and the excellent service means that 34sp is real value for money. 100% satisfied!

It was one of the best recommendations I’ve ever received Since I’ve been with 34sp, I’ve had nothing but friendly, professional contacts with them. The prices of services are entirely reasonable and the services themselves are excellent.
One thing that is always underrated: the people working for 34sp are NICE. Always a pleasure to deal with them.
Of course, no company can be perfect; all hosting companies have occasional ‘burps’ in the service. But when these burps occur, clients are kept fully informed in a courteous friendly manner. Genuinely nothing ‘bad’ to say about them. They’re great and I’’d unreservedly recommend 34sp without a moment’s hesitation.

Quite a while back I was chatting to a head of IT in a schooling mentioned that the level of service I was getting from my current provider was not up to par, he said you should move to 34SP they will give you good service and have an excellent support service plus they like to get it right.
I moved to 34SP and have not looked back the level of technical knowledge is excellent any problem I have had has been solved without delay. I have just recently had a domain and their recommendation of software was fantastic, they really do know what they are doing.

With the upgraded OSs and especially the new smartphones, I found myself in need of their support help to configure the new devices. I'm by no means what even I would consider an 'important' customer to 34SP (two small, basic accounts) but I've never had anything but prompt, courteous, and effective sevice and help whenever I've asked for it (frpm tech queries to upgrade help). I've had essentially zero downtime in the last five years, my sites load fast, things seem to be totally secure, and pricing seems extremely fair. I would absolutely recommend 34SP no matter what your size or requirements - they're a great business to deal with.
