34SP have provided, for some years, free web-hosting for HNChelp, a head and neck cancer support group, a registered charity and affiliated to NALC (National Association of Laryngectomee Clubs).
We have always been very satisfied with the service provided but were especially grateful for the speedy and efficient assistance when we were recently unable to access our website control panel.
The problem arose from a fault in a Wordpress plugin update, but with assistance from the 34SP team it was soon resolved. Communications from the team are unfailingly helpful and reassuring.

I had a recent problem with my iMAC Desktop after it had installed macOS Catalina. As well as all my old 32 bit applications not working my MAC email system failed. Apple were unable to help with the mail problem but within a short time 34SP had an answer to my problem. Well done to the man on the 34SP help line.

I have used a few website hosting companies over the years but 34sp are simply the best. Any problem or difficulty I have with a technical issue is answered and sorted out very quickly. All their staff are based in the UK so are available at times I need help. Website migrations are carried out by them, at no extra cost, very efficiently and smoothly. The prices are competitive. This is the only hosting company I have used that make me feel as if I am a valued customer and not just another number. Can't recommend highly enough.

I recently used 34SP at the request of a client for whom I was developing a new website. I had never come across them before but was so impressed that I decided to use them myself.
I am just in the process of moving all my clients websites over to 34SP, who have been brilliant in accommodating me and the websites I manage.
Not only is the customer service and support spot on, but the performance of the servers is excellent for the price.
Whenever I deal with one of the support team at 34SP they are prompt, helpful and friendly. Most of all, they are knowledgeable. They are available on weekends and are UK based.
I highly recommend 34SP for anyone looking for hosting, email services and so on, particularly if you want to host WordPress sites.

My business, 79DESIGN, uses 34SP extensively. I have known them for over 15 years, and will never recommend any other hosting client, unless specifically for a USA hosting (for IP purposes).
Their support is always quick, and you get to know the people on the phone. It's not a call centre with offices all over the place.
We use them for ourselves and other clients, with dedicated platforms, Wordpress platforms, and other servers. It's out "go to company" for hosting.

I recently moved two sites over to 34sp (one onto Professional Hosting and the other into WordPress hosting). Both are stable and fast. Of equal importance is the customer service. It is truly top notch. Despite a few hiccups at the start (my fault, not theirs) the folks at 34sp were quick to respond and sort things.
I'd heard good things about them before moving over and I was still genuinely surprised at how great they've been. Choosing 34sp for my personal and business sites was one of the best decisions I've made. I whole heartedly recommend them.
