First of all, when I had a problem in the site settings and the error code was specified in the admin panel opposite it, the support service asked where I got this code? When I realized that their hosting is not suitable for me, I wanted to delete my account. However, they do not allow You to delete your account yourself. They said they can do it for me, but they need to talk to me on the phone. But they couldn't call me because they have disabled the international call option. ))

I switched hosting to 34SP about 3 years ago after service at previous supplier went into slow decline. Absolutely the correct decision, inevitably there has been the odd glitch along the way (it's the internet after all) but service and support has been absolutely exemplary.
Noticeable that pretty much all staff who were there 3 years ago are still in place, generally a good sign re company culture. The team are professional, diligent and can communicate in sentences, in my experience. not necessarily a given in tech support.
Highly recommended without hesitation.

34SP kindly helped us when we encountered problems with our club website failing to send emails to club members. 34SP spotted some errors in our website reply to addresses which interacted with google spam filters, causing email failures. An expert in our club was then able to fix the website code.

I have several decades of experience with hosting companies. It's fair to say that the cost of services and quality of support vary widely across the industry. I've now hosted with 34SP.com for several years. They are the only company I have used that have consistently provided a superb service. They monitor my WordPress websites, update and secure them seamlessly. They have, on a number of occasions, provided information about plugins that are affecting the performance of my websites BEFORE I even knew there was a problem. I have been using 34SP for about 13 years. During that time I tried others but always came back ! For the last 10 years I have hosted somewhere between 35 and 45 sites as part of my web design business using a "Reseller" package. I' am also using Wordpress hosting on behalf of clients and have my own personal site on a "Universal" hosting account. I would recommend 34SP without reservation. Here are some of the reasons why
1. Keen prices. I never have felt I was on the wrong end of a bad deal.
2. The servers are in the UK - really quick response(ping) times with low latency. Important in these ZOOM times.
3. 100% tech support on the phone and via email.
4. Very good products. The Reseller package in particular allows you to control every aspect of the hosting.
5. No hidden costs
6. Shuper reliability. I can't remember any down time at all - but then I never checked it at 3 AM !.

For me, the thing that sets 34SP apart is the service. I run my own small business and am no website expert but 34SP gave me all the help I needed to choose the right platform and pointed me to some great tutorial resources. I migrated an old website to their Wordpress hosting and the support was great every step of the way.
To give you specific examples - while I was learning WordPress, I sent 34SP over 20 email messages with questions and every single one was answered in less than 90 minutes and often as quickly as 5 minute response. Bearing in mind my hosting plan costs less than £10/month, that is fantastic service by any measure.
I recommend them very highly and, if you quote my domain name bjpce.co.uk as a "friend referral" you can have your first month free!

We have been using 34SP for a number of years, not only to purchase domains but also hosting these too, the service we have had is second to non, they are quick, efficient and keeps things simple.
We have been that impressed that over the past year we have pulled all our websites and domains over to 34SP and combined everything to them to make things easier to manage.
There have been a couple of times over the past 5 years where the hosting has failed or gone down, but the downtime has been minimal and the communication about the issue has been timely and efficient.
We cant recommend them enough, we have been with a number of other suppliers offering the same but non have come close to the service provided by 34SP.
