Already my mobility has improved ten fold and more importantly I am waking up every day in less pain than the day before.

Really great customer service and quick delivery. The checkout process and updates were transparent and easy to follow. The team called me to confirm delivery date. And most importantly, the product I bought is amazing. The chair came fully assembled. I got the Hag Capisco and couldn't be happier. It has changed my workday massively to the better. Great service and when I had to return the first chair which I purchased online during lockdown they took it back and only deducted a small charge. Second chair (Okamura Contessa II) was purchased after being able to visit the showroom and sit in a few. Very comfortable! Pricing is generally more competitive than other retailers, including the large department stores.

From speaking with Ted a very likeable character who gave me great advice on which chair to go for to the friendly delivery driver who arrived promptly some 3 days after placing the order. All round this was an excellent experience and I’m now sat on a fabulous chair writing this review.

A totally seamless process from ordering to delivery. I ordered my Herman Miller Butterfly chair on a Sunday afternoon, got a friendly call on the Monday confirming delivery, and the chair was delivered on Tuesday (much quicker than I was expecting!). The chair was delivered assembled in protective packaging and ready to use in under a minute. My partner and I actually argued over who gets to use the chair more, so we ended up ordering a second HM chair a week later and experienced the same seamless ordering/delivery process again. Would highly recommend!

Great service from Back2.
Ordered my Herman Miller chair online, (considerably cheaper than anywhere else), with no fuss and it was delivered 22hrs later. Considering we live 40 miles or so outside London, that’s pretty good going.
Also got a very friendly courtesy call the evening before to arrange the delivery. No bulky packaging, no cardboard (ie no box) and delivered right into the hallway by a friendly Back2 employee.
The chair itself is obviously amazing, the buying process equally so. Big thumbs up

Initial imporessions of the chair are great and the advice and service were very good from Back2. Very comfy office chair with great adjustability. As soon as I sat down I could feel the chair back was far better fitted to my back than any office chair I'd ever sat on! That was before I'd adjusted too!
I'd recommend contacting Back2 if you need an office chair as there customer service was reliable and quick and very polite and helpful on the phone.

Very competitively priced, considerably cheaper than other places for Herman Miller chairs.
Fast delivery - the day after I ordered I was called asking if I am available for delivery the following day. The chair then arrived at 9am.
Chair is good quality - no complaints so far!

I bought a Herman Miller chair from Back2 after reading the horrible reviews of Herman Miller official store. Back2 was offering the chair at the same price as Herman Miller and lower than other licensed sellers I checked.
Delivery was super quick, they texted me to confirm the delivery time on the next day and then it was delivered on the following day. The driver carried the chair upstairs which I appreciated.
They also let you try the chair in their store but unfortunately I couldn't go due to the lockdown. They are always quick to answer the phone.

Back2 has a unique selection of quality chairs. I had a heck of time finding a draughtsman that could be elevated high enough to sit at a standing desk (yes, I realize that sounds crazy) but they had the perfect chair. I ordered a chair from this company's website. It was much cheaper than anywhere else, super easy to order and delivered in a couple of days. They gave me a phone call to advise of the delivery date. The chair usually comes in parts and needs to be assembled but they actually delivered it already assembled for me so that was a bonus too. Also the delivery driver brought it up to my flat. Really happy with my order, the chair (Hag Capisco Puls) is brilliant.

They might be good dealer, but they are still business man, don't trust their word.
Calling to order an Embody chair, got told they have 2 coming. I want to pay for one in order to scrutiny it but got told that they preferred to have it in stock before selling it, and promised to call me back when it arrives. I sadly trusted their word.
Couple of days later, I call back to see how it goes, and was told the chair has been sold although it is still on the way. Apparently someone who use to bought chair from them comes and they let him hijack the deal.
I understand that without paying a deposit it does not bind to sell to me in law, but please keep to your word and regards your promise. Otherwise, today you can betray an new customer in order to satisfy an existing customer, tomorrow they will betray you for some bigger gain.

Incredibly helpful staff. I went to look at ergonomic chairs because I've been suffering from some musculoskeletal problems, and the assessor set the desk they have in the showroom to the height I gave her of my work desk and talked me through several chairs. She was good at picking out ones that might fit (I am quite small) and gave me lots of advice for picking an appropriate chair and making my workspace more ergonomic. I bought an ergonomic mouse while there, and later my employers purchased one of the recommended chairs from them. Could not have asked for more, this equipment has made a world of difference, the service was friendly and helpful, and the delivery was timely.
