Don’t expect replies to emails on the website. Travelled to London to check out expensive chairs for my lumbar spine condition - not open as indicated on the website and shop door, although they could take a delivery. Left standing outside which makes my back worse - you would think a company specialising in solutions for back problems would know this? Maybe reply to emails, open on time and value customers? Zero gravity chairs are expensive and I want to find a company that cares. Obviously not this one!
