Outstanding service from start to finish. Very helpful advice in making our choice. We bought two Okamura office chairs and went back again for a Himolla recliner. Do visit the shop for their personal service if you can rather than just ordering on line. Finally, the delivery guys were superb – they didn’t flinch at bringing the heavy recliner very carefully up three floors with a very tricky staircase.

Outstandind customer service!! The in-store staff was knowledgeable and helped me find the right chair for my back and budget. The delivery folks were timely, messaging me with a 90 minute delivery window the day before and then the exact time when they were on their way to my door. They even carried the chair up the stairs for me. My back says, "Thank you!" When I sat in the chair, i thought it was broken. I couldn't get it to rise up. I called the store, and they immediately had one of their engineers talk me through how to get the chair to work. It's all good now.
Great customer service is a rare thing. This small business goes the extra mile. Please use them.

Excellent service, prompt delivery and a generally positive experience. We didn't end up buying the chair we originally went in to see as we were directed to something which served our needs better and cost less!
The only false note was we also decided to impulse purchase another item, on sale as an ex floor model. When I rang back I was told the item had been sold but I could have deal on a new one. Fair enough, but the floor model is still for sale at the reduced price on the website. . . I'm perfectly happy with the purchase but I have a sneaking suspicion I was upsold. ????

Really helpful staff who suggested s variety of chairs for me to try and who did NOT promote the most expensive. Free delivery all the way to the southernmost part of Kent was an added bonus. They also arranged an earlier delivery than originally planned in order to accommodate my changed opticians appointment! The chair is really excellent.

Great customer service from staff who care. I have chronic back problems and relatively few ergonomic chairs are comfortable for me. I tried a couple of different chairs neither of which were right me, however Back2 were patient and offered me exchanges or refunds until I found the right one. 5*

Great service from Back2. I purchased Moll desks for kids, a Kinnarps sit/stand desk and a Herman Miller ergonomic chair. Delivery/assembly was fab and the store dealt with any queries swiftly. Very responsive customer service and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely stop by as you will have a better experience than at a department/office store. Highly recommended!

Bought twice from this store. Great range of high quality ergonomic chairs with expertise and guidance from staff. I went in person to the show-room on both occasions. Highly recommend as all the staff are trained to deliver assessments and recommendations on the best chair or desk for you. They don't just recommend the most expensive one and they can make recommendations if you have a budget also.

fantastic service from the staff - incredibly helpful - and AMAZING chair - the globe chair - feels excellent on my back. I also bought several D roll lumbar supports. They were kind enough to let me take several makes home to try. I found the type that worked best for me - returned the others - and then bought a couple more of the D roll I liked so I could have them in multiple locations (office). I have one happy lumbar spine.

This is the only place in London where you can actually go and TRY OUT all the range of chairs on the market for side-by-side comparison, which is essential when making such a decision. Excellent customer service, trained staff and delivery service too. Highly recommended and I've been using this company for many years. PS - Competitive prices too - haven't found cheaper elsewhere. They even gave me a discount when I bought a 2nd chair, so what's not to like! :-)

2nd chair I've bought from them. They only send one delivery person which is tricky to coordinate sometimes if you're not free for heavy lifting yourself. Products always good, great support and patience in decision making process. Last chair lasted nearly 20 years. U packed and put together well. Free phone support was available for the other.

The staff were extremely helpful when I went in to try out a few chairs. They knew the products extremely well, and demonstrated how how to adjust them properly and explained the differences between them, and weren't pushy at all when I asked to think about it for a few days before buying. They also delivered the chair I ordered ready-assembled at no extra cost.

My wife and I were in London in June and luckily for us, discovered the Back2 International store on Wigmore Street. We are always on the lookout for great seat wedges and we hit the jackpot here. They had the Arkstore 11 Degree Seat Wedge, easily better than anything we have found available in the States. We purchased several of them to bring back with us. The store itself had all sorts of interesting chairs and products and the staff with whom we worked--Scott and Tonya--both couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We are in London yearly and will certainly make a point of dropping back in whenever we are there.

Fantastic, the company could not have been more helpful. I ordered a chair for my father who is very ill and was uncomfortable in his present chair. The chair I requested was not available ,but they measured the closest style chair available, built it and sent a picture and measurements by email. I agreed this was probably better than the one I asked for and it was delivered at 7.30am the next morning.
I don't think I have ever received such wonderful service before.

Terrible Service, will never use again. Paid these guys to clean some chairs previously purchased from themselves. Paid to have 6 chairs cleaned at £90 each!!! For that money I expected a decent job. They returned the chairs in exactly the same state we sent them in, when I complained they told me they had hovered them! For £90 each!!! I kid you not. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a Herman Miller chair on Tuesday afternoon and here I am on Friday afternoon sitting verrrry comfortably on it! The staff are very helpful, giving me a courtesy call to arrange delivery and the courier called me 20 minutes prior to delivery as I requested (not their own courier, but they passed the massage along). They were even very helpful when I realised that I had provided my home address rather than my works address on the order!
