I have ordered a new Leap chair and am very happy with my choice. The chair is fantastic in terms of both comfort and build quality. The customer service was excellent as well, I was able to order my chair with a fabric not featuring on the Hunts Office Furniture website which was great. The chair also arrived quicker than initially projected.

Fantastic and seamless service. Purchased a chair that was listed in stock and arrived in 2 working days. It arrived fully assembled too, so only took a few minutes to unpack. I can't recommend Hunts Office Furniture enough. I have been looking to replace my office chair and was looking for the Steelcase Gesture that has had some great reviews. Their website was easy to navigate and purchase from, with the benefit of a knowledgeable support team on hand over the telephone and email. Courier delivery of the chairs was prompt, well packaged and arrived ahead of schedule. Thank you very much.

My Leap chair is WONDERFUL! And Hunts Office Furniture were really lovely. The chair was delivered on time, carried to my door with a loose wrapper so I could easily check the quality when receiving it. (And its a heavy chair!) The man even turned up wearing overalls John Lewis style. Overall a premium service.

Emma at Hunts sorted it all out for me and a replacement chair was personally delivered by one of their team to me in South Somerset, with Emma keeping me informed at every stage of the process. Speedy delivery of my chair, which turned out to have a subtle manufacturing issue. Hunts Office was very responsive as soon as I let them know - contacted the manufacturer to work out a solution, and quickly had someone round to make the required adjustments.

I had a few tricky decisions to make, but Lucinda’s “happy to help” and “nothing’s too difficult” attitude made it easy. Though I suspect my order was a lot smaller than that they usually fulfill, I do not think they treated me any different from their larger customers. I would recommend using this service for anyone outfitting their office or home-office.

We could not recommend Hunts office furniture enough. We purchased our entire Office furniture incl. a boardroom table from them and they did an excellent job. They have a very friendly customer service team, and from the start of our order process their advice on the type of furniture I required was extremely helpful. They have a detailed knowledge of all their products so it was easy to make a decision on what we needed as a company and how it would work for us. When they didn't stock what I wanted they did all they could to source something suitable elsewhere, which they did.
They offered hassle free delivery and all furniture was delivered without damaged and set it all up to the agreed specs without any issues.
I would not hesitate in using them again for any further furniture we require! Thanks again for all your help Lucinda and the rest of the team at Hunts Office Furniture.

When we first went into lockdown it became clear that my slightly wonky 'home office' chair wasn't going to be good enough for full time home-working and endless 'virtual meetings' sat at a desk. Like the rest of the country I decided I needed a decent chair and went online to research the best chair that I would afford.
I came across the highly recommended Steelcase Series 1 which looked perfect (and which it is -- an amazing chair). Finding one that I could buy was another matter -- lockdown was in full swing and there didn't seem to be any stock in the UK.
That's when I came across Hunts Office Furniture -- they had an 'almost new' ex-demo chair that they arranged to send me. Fantastic service and a real 'can-do' attitude and approach -- I won't name the folk I dealt with but without exception they were fantastic, from sending me photos of the chair to arranging delivery etc.
A little while ago the chair developed a fault with the gas cylinder (almost unheard of I now know). I dropped the team at Hunt Office Furniture an email and they came back straight away. They contacted Steelcase to arrange for a replacement gas cylinder. These can be a bit fiddly to replace and so one of the team from Hunts Office Furniture came round to our home to fit the new cylinder.
Fantastic service from a really great team. I can't recommend enough.
