Hunts Office were great from start to finish, responding quickly via email when I submitted an inquiry about using a material on the Gesture chair that was not available on their website. They were able and happy to accommodate the change. When we spoke over the phone they were friendly, funny and informative. The chair was ready much faster than the estimated time and was delivered quickly by a friendly delivery man.

There were a couple of issues with the delivery from the courier side but Jenny from customer service was very helpful and diligent, and made sure the chair got delivered in the end! I wanted a comfortable office chair since I've been working from home, and I'm very pleased with the Steelcase Gesture I bought. Emma was an excellent salesperson. She's very friendly and knowledgable, having used many different office chairs herself and so could offer real advice from experience. The showroom was prepared before I arrived, and had great COVID safety procedures in place. The chair was delivered to my address, prior to which I received a call to arrange a convenient time.

Cant complain on anything. I was looking for a local supplier for Steelcase chairs and Hunts Office was the nearest supplier and offered a decent Web platofrm which was easy to use and place the order.
one potential improvement that Hunts could make is provide better visibility on what is the order status, when is the potential delivery date and keep the customer better informed.

Even though the site said 3-4 weeks for delivery, the extremely helpful and nice staff got me sorted in a week, during the peak of lockdown to boot! If there were fewer stars that's what I'd give. Ordering from Hunts has been nothing short of a nightmare and huge waste of our time. Incomplete deliveries, incorrect colours, orders promised within 12 weeks taking over 6 months, deliveries scheduled only for drivers not to turn up. Ordered a second time from them thinking it would be ok, yet here we are another 6 months later with order still not complete, incorrect colourway on seats now 3 consecutive times, they part delivered the order 3 months ago and nearly 3 months later haven't come back to complete the order. The billing from 1 year ago is wrong and despite endless requests to have corrected we get nothing back. Remains unpaid. Would avoid using this company unless you have so much time on your hands and don't mind dealing with a service like this.

We have kitted out several offices with Hunts. They measured up, provided CAD plans, fast quotes and quote revisions and corrected any minor issues without quibble. Their showroom is huge, so you don't have to order from a brochure either. This is one of the few companies that I actually enjoy buying from - it is a pleasant and dependable experience every time.

We used Hunts to help us plan our new offices in London. It was the first office move we had undertaken since we started business and to make matters more complicated we also completely renovated the space we were taking, stripping everything back to the studs/joists. The space was also very complicated - with varying levels and plenty of columns getting in the way. We also had to pack people in, so we really needed to be efficient with how we laid things out. We worked with Hunts to get a perfect layout for us and they produced quickly and accurately plans the builders could use to cut floorboxes accurately. They delivered and built the furniture quickly and when they promised and were the one reliable contractor of the whole build. We will definitely be using them again for any future work we undertake and I would heartily recommend them. Thanks again for all your help, all @ ehouse.
