Really happy. Needed a desk urgently to work from home.
Will, the sales guy, great communication and he and their warehouse team went the extra mile so I could pick it up same day. They took good care to load it into my vehicle and the desk condition was as good as new. All in all, really good and would definitely recommend.

Ordered a one off desk for home working, and was able to specify top size, colour and cutouts for cables (I asked for a scalloped back rather than holes for cables). Communication was excellent throughout specifying the desk and it’s delivery. Stand up sit down desk moves beautifully even with me sitting on it! Very solid and stable at height. 5 year guarantee. Good people doing a good job.

I'm aware these are 2nd hand items but still for the money you pay someone would expect at least a bit of quality.
I ordered an office chair from this company and I paid £175 incl VAT.
I am very disappointed with what I've received.
Besides all scratches and visible signs of use, the chair is very noisy and this is annoying when you need quite while you are trying to work. Also, you can feel the metal structure while sitting on it, clearly not fully refurbished as described.
The most disappointing thing is that they don't reply to my emails so I can return the item back.
I will never use the company again.

The second hand office table for £125 +VAT is good quality and OK condition. However the Team drilled the wrong holes under the table and hence it took 20 mins longer to install to the support.
The filing cabinet of £50 + VAT is of low quality and quite bashed up/bent. It is not the same model as showed on the website.
The Team told me the furniture would be cleaned prior to delivery - that was not the case with clear grease and tape marks, which I had to remove myself.
I thought it is unethical to reward people with 5% discount if a five-star review is given. I have definitely not done this.
The delivery was 5 working days for a 8 mile distance, which I find unnecessarily long.
I have shopped at Reading competitor Barkham Office Furniture and had a better experience.

Great Company! I called to ask about delivery options, was within the free delivery and installation area. Very easy to deal with, and lots of delivery slots available.
Staff were very helpful on the phone before I placed an order on the website.
Prices are simply fantastic considering the quality of the products, and the option to buy second user stock at a knock down price is very welcome for a private purchaser like myself!

Having visited the showroom in Reading I ordered 18 desks and chairs which were second hand but I was assured by Mandy that they would ensure we only received the best available. Delivery was prompt and the delivery / installation men could not have been more helpful. The furniture looks like new and I am delighted that I have top brand furniture at a huge discount to the cost new. I could not recommend this company more !
