I had an excellent experience with Barkham office furniture. They provided 2 x refurbished Herman Miller Chairs - both arrived a few days earlier than expected and are immaculate. They look brand new, there's not a single mark or wear on either of the chairs. I was so impressed with how helpful Jim was. I highly, highly recommend their company.

Have just purchased a second hand Kinnarps chair. Arranged over the phone to call in and try 3 different types of chair. They had them there ready for me. The one I wanted was the wrong colour and they offered to fit new black upholstery while I waited. 15mins later I had my chair. It’s like night and day compared to my previous chair from Staples. Great value.

I was referred to Barkham by a friend and purchased a Humanscale Freedom chair. The chair was in good condition and a total bargain but a bit squeaky, so the chair was replaced on site with a perfect model. Fantastic customer service via both phone and email. Recommended to two other friends who have also received great service and a like new chair.

After spending many hours searching for a high quality refurbished chair, I was pleased to find exactly what I was after... at a much lower price than I was expecting. I called up to see if it was definitely in stock as was concerned the deal was too good to be true. I spoke to James who extremely helpful and informative. I went ahead and placed the order and the chair was delivered the next day. I wish everything was this easy! I'm so glad to be off my kitchen chair, what an upgrade! How did I last this long?!

Very happy with my second hand Steelcase chair. I was a bit concerned with not being able to see the actual chair I'd recurve as there were several available. Spoke with a member of the team who assured me they were cleaned and in good condition. Chair received and I'm very pleased with the condition and delivery service. Would recommend to others!!

The delivery was fast, i.e. ordered on Monday it arrived on Wednesday early morning. Very efficient driver, excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I was blown away by the excellent service I received from James at Barkham Office Furniture. I ordered a refurbished Herman Miller chair on Friday the 27th November 2020. Within minutes I had an email from James stating that the chair will be delivered on Wednesday the 2nd December. I needed a VAT invoice which James also provided within minutes. Already I was impressed! Its so rare to be contacted so swiftly and by an actual person.
To complicate matters I needed hard word floor castors (wheels) which they didn't have in stock. But this was not a problem for James. He sourced the castors; made sure they were included in my delivery and the delivery man installed them. AND I was not charged for them. Really exceptional service!
I am now typing this review from my refurbished Herman Miller Chair (which looks and feels brand new) I am recommending Barkham Office Furniture to all my friends and colleagues and will use them for any office needs in the future!

Historically i've bought all my office equipment from Barkham Office Furniture
Today I had a slight issue with one of my older Aeron chairs, where the arms would sometimes slip slightly. Called them on the phone and they couldn't have been more helpful, end result was popping in with the chair so they could take a quick look. Came away 15mins later all sorted.
So Glad I bought from them and it's great to see they are doing so well whilst retaining the same excellent level of customer service.

They offer a wide range of good quality and affordable used items - I have bought high-end office chairs, desks and storage units for a fraction of the cost it would be to get the same item new. Not only are the items of good quality, clean and a great price, the delivery team could not be more helpful, courteous and efficient - ensuring items were carried to where I needed them and properly assembled. I visited Barkham office furniture recently to purchase a new office chair. I suffer from lower back problems and the team were very patient and knowledgeable in helping me pick a new chair to suit my needs. As it turned out the chair I chose didn't quite work for me in my office (the arms kept clashing with the desk) so the team at Barkham office furniture allowed me to return the chair to swap it for another with no fuss at all. Great friendly team come highly recommended.
