Omg! The BEST pizza I’ve tried! I never heard about this place before and saw it was quite busy so decided to get in. The girl at the entrance was so friendly, as well as the waiter serving my food. This pizza was out of this world. I tried Chicago and took a takeaway Carbonara to take home for my roommate and he loved it as well.

I'm not a picky eater whatsoever but I genuinely cannot believe people pay to eat these pizzas. Left after only eating one slice, because it felt as though I was eating straight melted cheese since the base is so thin. This caloric value combined with the ratio of cheese to dough is a combination made in hell.

Promptly greeted with a warm friendly smile and seated. Service was not rushed or lacking. The Cherry Tomato & Parmesan bread was delicious. Pizza sizes are just right for one person and are cheesy and full of sauce but a perfect crust around the edge. The Pasta and Salads looks amazing so will have to return for that.

Tried for the very first time and both types of pizza were incredible. You need to be hungry to finish a whole one! The atmosphere also is very nice, I think the music perhaps could be a little lower as it made chatting a bit hard at times. I'd recommend trying it!

Been to Japes a couple of times and had the opportunity to try both the waffles and the pizza, which are both so amazing! I would recommend the Carbonara deep dish pizza!
The atmosphere is relaxed and with friendly owners too. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something different in Central London.

Great service. I was very pleased with the speed as well, a thick crust pizza can take a long time, but as per the menu they were ready in about 18 minutes. Reasonable prices and we couldn't even finish everything as it was plenty of food. I also enjoyed their unique bathroom signs. I would definitely go back again.

It is a great place lovely deep dish pizza! Japes is by far my favourite place in the area to go to, I've been 3 times and can't wait to go back again! Amazing value for the food given how deceptively filling they are, drinks are a bit more pricy but no more than you would expect for a restaurant in Soho.
