The real Christmas tree delivered by these guys is so BEAUTIFUL! It's amazing how easy everything was booked. I love Christmas, the holiday spirit everywhere, the delicious meats and the whole winter season, but really hate the time spending on choosing the Christmas tree, the London traffic, etc. That's why I'm soooo happy finding this company - I was literally sitting in my sofa and a day later I had this amazing Christmas tree in my home! They did the delivery for free, I've paid only for the tree and installation and indeed I've received the perfect Christmas tree, I can't stop looking at it. We had a beautiful, and more importantly, a real Christmas tree delivered by this company yesterday. It was set up by a team of two guys right where we wanted. Absolutely useless. Hassle Free Christmas Tree is the most misleading name ever. First, they cancelled my Christmas tree delivery on the day I initially asked, and rescheduled for a week later. On the rescheduled day, the tree arrived 5 hours late. Asking for a collection proved even more hassle. Cancelled twice and offered to collect almost a week later. Always quoting the same ambiguous "problem with our van". Completely unacceptable service. Would have given it zero stars if the tree wasn't nice.
