Tree was delivered to the door as expected. It was tightly wrapped in netting which helped when carrying it. The trunk had been cut which was great, it saved me some sawing! More than I usually pay for a tree but the convenience made up for it. Overall happy with the service.

When it comes to customer service, these guys are second to none. My tree is massive and gorgeous. The guys who installed it were charming and couldn't have been more helpful. Customer service are great. They are not the cheapest but if you want a full service tree or exceptional quality, a great service and an eco friendly collection and recycle at the end, then there's no one better!

Used their delivery service. Really impressed. Lovely quality tree, friendly and helpful delivery. Got the no fixed time delivery but they have a tracker on the van so you can see when it's getting close. Super convenient, very happy customer, will definitely use them again!

We went late on a Saturday evening. Choice: 3.5 stars - little choice of potted trees. But trees were in good condition.

Lovely tree and was a real joy to visit and choose my tree. Excellent quality and fantastic customer service, especially from John Baker who couldn’t do enough to help, including putting it in the car. Recommend them to anyone (ask for John for great customer service although I suspect that they are all great!)

What a lovely Christmas tree shopping experience at Pines & Needles. We were so pleased to find our perfect 6ft tree, which looks so good in our flat now that it’s decorated! Big thank you to Aiden, who was so helpful and kindly offered to walk it to our car and to John (on behalf of my aunt) for staying patient as she made him go through endless Christmas trees to find one to suit her. All of the staff were actually super friendly and have a good selection of trees to suit all spaces! Roll on the Christmas festivities now ????

Very considerate and polite delivery men and they took great care to deliver the tree to exactly where I wanted it. An 8' Norwegian - excellent quality, fresh and beatifully proportioned tree. I have been using P&N for several years and this year was the best tree to date. Very pleased.

I was helped by Luke at the Maida Vale branch. Awesome fellow, really helped us pick the best tree and we were super happy with it! If anyone who works at Pines and Needles reads this - PLEASE give Luke a MASSIVE bonus. He helped us in the best way possible and went upstairs to find multiple trees. Because of Luke, I will come back here next Christmas for sure!

Unfortunately our tree only lasted a week. We purchased our tree on the 5th of December and now it’s already dropping all its needles.
We have been watering it every day.
Disappointed as this place had such good reviews. Selecting and buying the tree was a good experience though.
