Excellent service from the team today. As a last minute buyer I was unsure if it was worth spending full price on a tree with Christmas eve so nearby. Thankfully a young fellow by the name of Tom showed me a full range of options in varying price levels, and made me a deal. He didn't even flinch when I made fun of him for having cheap airpods.

The best Christmas trees, prices and customer service in London. Mitchell was super helpful and patient, listening to exactly what we needed and then tirelessly pulling a bunch of different options for us. He was really knowledgable and friendly, and made the whole experience seamless. And not to mention, we love our tree! We also checked the prices at two other corner stands in Chelsea/South Ken, and Pines and Needles prices are at least 25% cheaper for large (6-8ft) trees. Would highly recommend!

Really nice little place with very good selection of trees. Staff were very helpful and swift and Mitchell who was serving us even cut the stump off our tree to help us water it. The dog love the stump!

I had a wonderful customer experience today when picking out my Christmas tree. Tilly was extremely helpful and pleasant, she even trimmed the tree base for me so it would fit in my tree stand. My tree looks beautiful and I will absolutely be back again next year to get my tree from Pines and Needles :)

Awful experience twice. We got no guidance on how best to treat the tree or set it up. The first tree they gave us was covered in worms and died after 2 days, shedding pines and the needles going brittle and brown. When we called to complain, Callum at customer service advised us to take it back to the guys in the park. We duly did so and got told ‘oh that never happens’ and were faced with an utterly dismissive attitude. They gave us a replacement tree which also began to die after 2-3 days. £20 for a tree base that hardly fit. We were also promised a refund by Callum. However, this never materialised and he conveniently left the company shortly thereafter. Suffice it to say I will be avoiding these guys at all costs this Christmas.

I was buying for the last 3 years the Christmas tree here. This year was the worst tree I ever had. Super dry, the cut was very bad. I had to cut my self again with a kitchen knife. The tree also is very not straight, on any angle is just a dissapointed. I bought just before Christmas, and have to put in the bin before the new year. Such a waste of my time and money. Will never gonna buy again from here.
