Nice tree, politely delivered when promised and with a phone call 10 minutes before arrival. More expensive than bringing one home, but much less hassle (and no pine needles all over the car). They're also very good at keeping you updated on your order

The service from this business just down the road from me has made my first Christmas in London so wonderful. I have walked past their stand every day to work, and today I decided to stop and have a look (the smell of Christmas Trees always reminds me of home) I was greeted by the FANTASTIC Luke, who not only has brilliant customer service but was just so lovely to talk to. We had a nice chat about Christmas and he really boosted my entire day. Thanks to Luke and the team - I finally feel festive!

Had an amazing time rummaging through Maida Vale’s very own urban forest of Fir trees. Buying a fresh Christmas tree for the first time can be a bit daunting but Cosimo helped us find one that was the perfect size and density. Great selection and even better service - the chocolates were just an added bonus!

Expensive mistake. This was their no drop option - the lying so and sos. take last year on the 27th December. A shockingly poor tree for which they took a ridiculous amount of cash. As for service, you forget that too. Can not upload the image. Which is really frustrating

Our first real Christmas tree - what a great experience! Ordered our tree online (very easy process that took about 5 minutes) and chose to have it delivered and installed. Guy turned up right on time and, even though it was 10pm and he’d been delivering trees all day, was very cheerful and added to the experience! The tree itself is in great condition and looks great with some decorations. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Really lovely tree very full and almost zero needle drop. Taken down after a month but still fresh, having been regularly topped up with water. Received free of charge having had a tree from P&N last year which didn't last the course, and which could have been replaced then had we had the time and energy to take down and return the original.Great customer service.

I absolutely love Pines & Needles - have always gotten my tree from them as they have the most beautiful trees and their service is fabulous. I often keep the tree for months and it stays alive and wonderful. Had a particularly great experience this year with Cosimo Mannocci going above and beyond the call of duty - he helped me pick the best tree and made the whole thing so easy even though I turned up just before close on a Sunday evening. He was so kind he made me feel like Christmas in November. There’s something magical about Pines & Needles... Suspect I’ll always be getting my tree from these guys!

The staff were absolutely great. Riccardo served me today and he was very professional and friendly. Another gentleman helped me Friday evening (when I was trying to assess what sort of tree was most appropriate for me) and he had a fantastic attitude: there was no way I was going to buy the Christmas tree elsewhere after that. Exceptional customer service. I’ll be back again.

This is our second tree from Pines and Needles. It looks and smells great. We ordered ours online and have had it delivered but both times I've been happy with the one chosen for me. This years has lost some needles but it's to be expected with a natural product. Thank you Pines and Needles- Merry Christmas!

Great value. Absolutely beautiful tree. Tree was delivered seamlessly to our offices and placed in stand for us. The collection service is highly recommended - it was very quick and all the pine needles were cleared away before they left - so no clearing up for us to do!

This place is fantastic. I've had 3 foot trees from them the last couple of years and they have lasted all the way through December with no trouble at all. The base from last year even fits this year's tree!
The guys who man the stall are great too. They couldn't be more accommodating and the smiles on their faces couldn't be any bigger. They really got me in the Christmas spirit.
I can thoroughly recommend this place and will certainly be going back for my tree next year.

Great service and the guys who put up the tree were really friendly (in kilts!!). The tree was erected and dismantled on the required dates. Will definitely use you again. The 12 foot tree looked great.

Was driving by and saw lots of Christmas trees, popped in to have a look around and ended up leaving with the perfect tree all thanks to Luke. He went up and down to the roof to find one that was the right shade of green and bushiness, plus we got some great tree care tips on how to prevent needles dropping for the weeks to come.

We use Pines and Needles every year for our office tree. The service is simple and quick. I'm kept up to date on when the tree will be delivered and collected and the staff doing the deliveries/drop offs are great. They chat and smile and nothing is too much trouble. They even come with a broom to sweep up the bits of tree! Thanks guys!
