Bought from Pines and Needles for the first time, and it is the thickest, nicest tree we’ve had (for the same price as others). Clive, Kylee and Matthew at the Brunswick Square shop were so helpful, giving us information, helping us choose, and wrapping it up. We’ll definitely be back.

A very beautiful collection of trees and the service is excellent! Both Cosimo and Kensu who helped us pick our tree have been very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us lots of tips to ensure our tree remains fresh during the entire Xmas period. Would definitely recommend!

Where else could you buy a tree at 9.30pm on a Saturday night?! Incredibly helpful and patient team (it had to be the right tree) and on top of that they were lovely too. Special shout out to Cosimo who didn't laugh at my request to look at all the 3ft-ers and who made the last minute drop by well worth it!

We went along to the Pine & Needle branch setup on Wandsworth High Street / Wandsworth Plain - the point of sales person Bilal was absolutely helpful, engaging and cheerful ( considering the cold/damp weather that's usual ). We found the the tree we wanted, good bushy branches, lovely scent and shape. We normally go to a florist in Battersea for the past 10 years but happy to pick up again if 'Pine & Needles' are back there next year. #ELFIE #KeepItReal

Recommend you contact them as soon as possible the kilted delivery men make 25 drops a day!!!

So happy with my tree this year (the quality of it is exceptional - probably the best tree I've ever had!) Was lucky enough to be served by a charming Scottish member of the management team, John. Lovely tree - worth the money. Delivery guys were lovely and friendly (even though it was very early in the morning and they had a day of carrying trees around ahead of them!) Arrived promptly at 8:05am (delivery slot was 8am-10pm!) which was nice too.

I would highly recommend you buy your tree from Pines and Needles. They always send a beautiful fresh tree which has already had the base cut and ready to pop in its stand. I order a month or so before Christmas and can choose the date I want it delivered.As I live outside London the tree is sent by an excellent courier service. My fifth year of buying and it certainly won't be my last.

A most wonderful tree, delivered and fitted by two very thoughtful men, taking off their shoes before asked.
The order over the phone was greeted by a most charming man, he did his utmost to give me what I requested.....he delivered more.
I recieved emails to keep me informed of the progress of delivery, along with the drives number, who pick up with in seconds of my call, giving me an accurate time of delivery

This service is awesome!! We were slightly worried about buying a Christmas tree online as we've always been to Borough Market to choose our own before but this year we left it a bit late and couldn't face the crowds of the weekend before Xmas. It turns out to be the best quality tree we've ever had, at fantastic value for money and has saved us all the hassle of fighting past shoppers and bribing a cabby to bring us home with it! Delivery was also incredibly punctual with emails and calls in advance to confirm delivery times. Couldn't recommend Pines and Needles highly enough, we'll be back next year!

Great customer service last month in their Battersea Park Christmas pop-up, especially from Tfari and the other guys working that night. My partner looked at basically every tree they had.
We opted for an 8ft 'value' tree which was beautiful and looked anything but. The stand which we got with the tree was also great. Would highly recommend P&N!

Great service from the team at Kenwood House car park. I went back twice and Tom remembered me, lots of trees to choose from, they lopped off a couple of protruding lower branches for me and freshened up the bottom so it could take up water from my stand more easily. All done with a willing smile and wish to help. Then they carried the tree to my car and even held my dog while I made space in the boot. Thanks to Tom, Pascha, Lukas and the rest of the team for their festive goodwill!
