Great experience. I placed an internet order on a Saturday morning and received the tree first thing Sunday morning. 2 delivery guys were very nice. I even amended the order Saturday evening and it still all worked out great. Thanks!!

Great place to get your Christmas trees -- we have been going here for our Christmas trees for many years. Lee, Hayley, Cosmo and Kensu all work to make the experience a good one -- not only are they friendly and helpful but they are also happy to haul the trees out from the tree storage area to help you find the perfect tree!

Shambolic service! We have used Pines & Needles for over 6 years, but the last couple of years the service has been very poor. Last year they delivered outside our window (around 11.30pm) and the tree was also not the best, but we stuck with them for this year, to give them another go, only for them to again not deliver within the window of 8am to 10pm - 14 HOURS to get us our tree - failed. Always good when you ask the whereabouts of your tree to get the response of 'heavy traffic' and 'one guy didn't turn up this morning, so...'. It's not as if they have had all year to prepare for this.. sadly we will not be using them again!

Fantastic Service - Delivered perfectly on requested day and the christmas tree smelt so fresh and filled our living room - kids loved decorating it with the range of decorations I also ordered! Bang on!

I am simply shocked at how atrocious the service has been. We ordered two separate trees, one to be delivered to a family with 3 young children and one to our office. The first of which did not show up in the 8:00-13:00 window we specified. when the driver finally answered his phone at 18:00 he simply told us he would not be delivering the tree, much to the children's complete dismay. The second was supposed to arrive during 9:00-17:00 yesterday. At 17:00 I called Customer Services to find out that the tree would be arriving at 18:00. At 18:00 I called once again to be told the tree was guaranteed to be delivered at 09:00 the next day. The tree arrived at 17:00 today. It has taken them 17 hours to deliver it, and then they refused to install it because they are running so far behind. I now have an 11ft tree on my office floor with no one to help as it is the end of play. They are a Christmas Tree Delivery Company that can't deliver Crhistmas trees, an utter farce in my opinion.

Can't recommend enough - after years of hunting around stalls to find a half-decent tree then carrying it home, I decided to give these guys a go. They delivered it bang on time and it's a huge, 9ft beast of a tree. Great shape, minimum fuss, definitely recommend giving them a go. Got some of their cheaper decorations, which admittedly aren't great, but the lights are really good quality.

Absolutely recommend!!. I ordered three tree, two of which were perfect, one I wasn't happy with, which wasn't a problem for them, they happily changed it on the day that worked best for me. I will be using them again and again. Thank you pines and needles.
