If you’re looking for a beautiful Christmas tree and think you’re leaving it a bit late this year, look no further than Pines and Needles - it has everything you need - gorgeous trees and decorations and excellent customer service. Duncan went above and beyond to help me find the perfect tree. The kilts are a fun touch too! I shall be returning for years to come.

Had a great experience buying my tree here. Needed a big boy for the family, they're usually very fussy about what tree we get. Max was super friendly and helped us pick out the perfect size, he understood our needs exactly and made sure we got a tree that wouldn't dissapoint. Couldn't recommend enough, will definitely be coming back next year!

Just picked up a beaut of tree at pines and needles upper Holloway. The staff were so helpful and friendly' a guy called Jack helped us find the right one and he was super nice too. Highly recommend these guys!

What a Christmas miracle!! I was after a tree that wasn't too tall but neither small, full on the outer edges but thinning towards the middle and Jack managed to find the exact tree I described!!! Great service, crimbo sorted - 5 North stars from me.

Hoping this is for Pines & Needles upper Holloway - Walked in around 9pm feeling a bit dejected as I work in hospitality and its been a tough few weeks/months. Tafari was amazing! Not only did I leave with an amazing tree but he really cheered me up! Credit to the company.

The guys who helped us pick our tree were very friendly. However, the tree has barely lasted three weeks... It looked stunning at first and now, despite keeping it in water, it look dry and miserable. A real shamez it should have lasted twice as long.

I went there today to get some fallen of branches to make a reef and there were none but harry trimed fresh branches of for me, you can feel the christmas spirit in there for sure, if you still dont have a tree head there, beutyfull trees there

NEED-LESS (yes, that's just what you think it is) this place is a gem find. Huge variety of tree sizes. We brought a very sweet 3ft potted Norway Spruce with the aim of reusing our little spruce for a few more years to come.

And to top it all, when he overheard my teenage son being unenthusiastic on the phone about coming to meet me to help transport it, Hamish stepped in and carried it home for me.
