We normally pick our own tree from Pines & Needles and are always happy. With some time constraints on us this year we opted for delivery and installation. What a great service! The guys were friendly and fast, and communication was excellent. Well worth the extra pennies. Needless to say , the tree is excellent!

Thanks SO much for a brilliant Christmas tree buying experience. Coming into the P&N forest made me feel very festive after quite the year. All the staff were extremely friendly, informative and patient with the large number of customers eager to buy the best tree. I overheard some quite demanding (annoying and entitled) customers whilst I was there and the staff handled them in a professional and respectful manner. Seeing kilts reminded me of being home and a big thank you to the manager Bruno for helping me with our massive tree! It’s set to be the best Christmas yet and will definitely be back next year. Thanks team!

This is the best place to get your Christmas tree from. We got a fantastic service from Tate who was ever so helpful and kind. We are picky customers and he was very patient helping us select the best tree ever! Amazing customer service. Love the tree, can't wait to start decorating it. Excellent experience for the second year running. They have a fine selection of trees at reasonable rates and the staff are helpful and friendly. This year we were ably assisted by Alex who was most happy to lug trees around to show us what was available. We went for a lovely value tree who like a mixed breed at battersea dogs home was vying for attention amongst the A list celebrity trees. He's gorgeous. The tree that is, not Alex, who is very nice.

Highly recommend this place to get your Christmas tree! The guy that served me was called Eddie he was a great help and explained the best way to keep the tree looking good right through Christmas. Price was very fair and some of that goes to charity.
