Ordered a 7ft tree straight after we heard the London Tier 4 announcement this year, once we realised we wouldn’t be able to visit family as planned. The most gorgeous tree arrived at my door the next working day. Beautiful and full and even foliage, it really made our Christmas feel special. I’m genuinely so impressed with the quality and service just a few days before Christmas. Thanks very much!

Placed an order in early November - 4 weeks notice and they did not deliver. Called them and they promised to deliver the next day. Nothing. Waited a couple days until 5pm thinking each day maybe it would arrive - nothing and phones not answered after this time. Chased again and they said definitely by 5pm that day. Nothing. Called AGAIN and they said, with no apology, "the first delivery date we can get you is in 3 days." I was really nice and understanding up until that point.
Ridiculous. Order cancelled and will definitely never be ordering from them again and I warn you - if you actually want a Christmas tree, order from somewhere else to make sure you get one. (I only live about a 10 minute drive by the way).

First time this year I ordered a Christmas tree in a pot. It was delivered on the next day and it looks absolutely stunning! It’s 5-6ft looks healthy and I can not wait to decorate it! After Christmas I’ll repot in a bigger pot and leave in garden until next Christmas. Brilliant idea and saves cutting trees every year! Very pleased with delivery and customer service!

Why google doesn't offer the chance to give zero star?
Avoid this company. Do not use it. Failed to deliver the tree a week ago, emailed them and got a reply saying that the courier was the problem. They were not able to provide either the name of the courier or a tracking number. After failing to answer my further emails I called them and they said were investigating and promised that they would have contacted me by the end of the day (last Friday). I'm still waiting. Asked for a refund, no answer. Luckily I paid using Paypal which should protect my money. Looking at other reviews you can definitely see a pattern. AVOID!

Do not use. My wife ordered a tree that was supposed to be delivered on Thursday. No communication since purchase. On Friday when no tree arrived she contacted the company and was eventually told the delivery company "lost" the tree and that they'd arrange an urgent refund. Emails sent and no response, and no refund as of Monday night.
I can see another "lost" Christmas tree from a couple of days ago. A pattern is forming against this company...

Absolute shower of sH!£..... ordered 2 x 4 to 5 foot Fraser firs... only one delivered! Chased and chased them, eventually offered a refund by Cara (that was a week ago) but have had nothing...

Failed to deliver the Christmas tree today with no warning and no apology thus far. Cannot reach them on the phone. Downgrade to 1 star if I don't hear soon. Defeats the object of having a tree delivered!

Please don’t order Christmas tree from this place. This company is very unprofessional. The tree will not arrive on time and will also be wrong size if at all they deliver it. Their drivers are also very rude.
