Cute clothes in extended sizes for cheap. I’m American and went here while traveling. I would say this is about the equivalent to our Macy or jcpenny style of store but the clothes are a bit cheaper made. Nevertheless, great price and comfortable fit!

Lots of exciting stock, it appeared very busy bit I guess that's to be expected when visiting London from the rural areas of south Wales. We enjoyed our experience and did not depart empty-handed to be sure!

This store is doing NOTHING about COVID measures. NO staff wearing face masks, NO customers wearing face masks, NO hand sanitiser, security don't care if people use the wrong entrance/exit path. NO social distancing inside. Will not be visiting again.

This place is a cattle market. The saving grace for me was that my family managed to get lots of (rubbish) stuff they wanted. Obviously Primark is great for getting cheap stuff but it encourages waste. I'd rather we just buy one thing, of good quality and only when we need it. Primark makes you buy unnecessary things.

Primark is the go-to place for affordable clothing and accessories. More than not the quality is pretty decent too, whatever I've bought doesn't wear out soon. The London one is conveniently located at Oxford street, staff is polite and helpful. I think I can rely on Primark for my everyday clothing needs.

It's a good clothes store and they also have some nice assistance if you need help finding something. The customer service at the tills are okay but some of the workers on the till need to show enthusiasm to promote how brilliant Primark is. But it doesn't go for all stores only some.
