Probably the main diy store in the area. While it's a large store, it's still a lot smaller than the much larger city based stores. Stocks were good but choice was limited due to space. Good staff that were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Not sure what to say. Its a B&Q Store. As this is my local store and due to covid restriction I have not travel to other stores so I am unable to compare. There is a good supply hand gel and spray for your trolley on entry to the store then it is a queue to pay. Apart from that it appears to be normal.

Well organised for Covid19 and to help keep people safe which was great to see as I don't want to catch it again. The queue was long but that's because of the 2 meter rule and was fast getting from last to till.
Had everything we went in for. Well done B&Q

I am a sixty year old woman and went in store today for 7 bag's of sand and 2 bag's of cement, got to the checkout and realised i needed another bag of sand and was told there was no one about that could fetch one for me and was told i would have to carry one back to the till because i couldn't take my trolley back through. Or i could go and get another trolley and get one then get back into the queue. I thought they were there to help. On this occasion, there was no one.Very disappointed, I even told the cashier that i have just had steroid injections in my shoulder for severe pain. Not happy!

I went to the store today to purchase a fence paint sprayer. A young lady initially helped me and pointed me in the direction of the garden centre , I could only find jet washers and asked a make member of staff he grumpily replied , down there on paint accessories, where i had originally started , i hunted round again and also went back to the garden section , the man was still there he new i was struggling to find the item and made no attempt to help just looked at me. Sadly to say i left the store and went to screwfix .

Visited this week, got some of what I needed but the general feel was one of disorganisation. The floor staff are trying but seem to be poorly managed. Needed outdoor timber products, asked staff as they were not out, I was informed "we have a timber delivery tomorrow, but I have no idea what's on it" which says it all really, ended up ordering from Harlow's a merchant instead.
