Building is COVID safe with sufficient cleaning material available. Was not able to get everything that I needed. No stock of M6 repair washers and some similar items were also out of stock. Disappointing for a shop the size of B & Q.

Searched for what I wanted online before going to the store, website indicated stock availability and which aisle to go to. Quick safe shopping experience in store as a result.

The store does it's best but some customers aren't careful about socially distance! They just lean over you but don't ask to reach items you're looking at too.

Large DIY superstore. Very spacious. Social distancing measures are in place and being observed. Did a click and collect order very simple to order and collect but felt a long wait of 10 minutes just to pick up the order a bit long, click and collect desk was empty of staff when first arrived. The store though appears to be well stocked, offering pretty much any DIY product you might need.

Staff are helpful, but the stock levels are poor. Pretty much anything they have on display and on offer is out of stock, but there is always a more expensive version they do have in stock that “almost identical”. Does make you feel like you’re being ripped off. So I went to Wickes and spent my money. That said, the staff always try to be helpful. Other than the chap who deals with the radiators, he certainly needs some happy pills.

Poor experience with the staff. Tried to purchase two items on an offer display, only to find they weren't on offer (and neither were most things on the display). When we pointed out the offer display to staff, and showed them to investigate, they were stony faced and acted like we were stupid for asking. Not really our fault the store hasn't been merchandised properly and the wrong items are on the offer display... Not just us, as another lady was having the same issue as us.

It's big and time consuming to shop if you are in a hurry. I wanted potting compost, they only had a small quantity at the furthest part of the warehouse. Hanger like building massive car park, took too long for me today.

Very large store with very good displays particularly on kitchen and bathrooms. Big garden area with larger selections than at other stores. Trade have a separate pay desk. Wasn't busy didn't have to queue to get in. Hand sanitizer available at the front door. Staff are friendly and helpful. Large car park at the front.

Bought some wood and stuff. But expensive. Absolutely packed. Seems like people are going there for a family day out. Got out as quick as I could.

The variety of products of B&Q is unbeatable. Also, the staff are always polite and very careful. My favourite place during lockdown! ????

Can't fault the friendly store staff. But when I'm buying two whole pallets of goods, weighing 1500kg, B&Q policy means they won't load the pallets using their fork lift truck. Unlike Wickes, who are happy to help. So I have to manually lift everything into my van :(

Massive car park, wheelchair friendly, a good burger van nearby, and they sell all sorts of stuff. Can't really add to what everybody already knows. Staff seem relatively knowledgeable and helpful, and an extremely large store. Some aisles are a bit narrow to maintain social distancing, but no shops are perfect at the moment.

A little small to the B&Qs I'm used to but they do fit as much as possible into a small store and the garden section is wonderful.

Too many staff. Might not be a usual concern, but most marching around the store, talking on ther headsets, oblivious of social distancing. When you feel like your in the way because staff are practically marching over you, it doesn't make for a pleasant or safe experience. Clearer signage needed for what woods can be cut etc..

Bad customer service, within a week they sold me 2 wrong items. I bought nailgun and asked them I need nail for it they got wrong nail. Also bought a Bosch router again asked them for blade if it's fits or not ? Unfortunately it's far too big to fit router.

Miserable staff generally but one topped it today... Sally (50's + Glasses) should learn how queues work. customers were in a line running parallel with the empty tills in order to avoid blocking the aisles and then going left or right to the next available till, Sally assumed 10 people wanted the right till and proceeded to show someone wanting a return to queue on the left directly behind the till. "Are we all queuing for one till?" I asked sarcastically.... shoulders shrugged and off she went.

I had the pleasure of meeting Stu on the traders desk yesterday, I went with a list of building materials that I thought I needed, he was so kind and very very helpful explaining what I needed or what was the best product to buy, not just ready to take my order and get the wrong things. I can't praise this man enough, I didn't come away feeling stupid for asking question but I was certainly a lot wiser. Stu and Tracey made my trip a happier one and a wiser one. There should be more Stu's in the world, but B&Q have the best one, thank you Stu and Tracey.

Like any other large DIY store it has its good bits and bad bits, it's very big and has a very good selection of all types of stuff from lights to wood and tools to decorating to complete kitchens and bathrooms and plants to sheds. Most of the staff are very helpful but the checkout process can be a little slow at times. Some things seem to be a bit overpriced but all in all worth a visit.

Loads of parking, lots of stock, and the folks who work there are very helpful and friendly. Having a trade card also means that you can earn discounts whilst buying all you need for small or larger jobs. Don't forget you can pay for anything you pick up in store and charge up your loyalty discount.... Even a Christmas tree
