I think this is much better laid out now after reopen from lockdown. I found what I wanted straight away, can't ever remember that happening before lockdown. Had to wait a few minutes to enter and used hand sanitizer at the entrance.

Appalling. Spent weeks waiting to shop, because of the COVID thing, then went to shop. No queues. Was refused entry because there were three of us, 'no children', my daughter being as tall as my wife. Rang the manager next day to complain, wouldn't budge. Bleated about common sense, but his staff hadn't used a lot. Was going on about children running round the store and safety. My child doesn't run around stores. Made to feel I was being tedious and was given a 'take it or leave it' attitude. Not happy.

Store is a bit dated, doesn't stock as many lines as the bigger B&Q warehouse stores but the staff are really friendly and helpful (Well most of them are)

Small queues but didn't take long to get through, staff were very polite and helpful got 95% of what I wanted and through the check out about 20 minutes in all. Everyone must be painting their fences grey, not a drop to be had

Bought a light from here a couple of months ago and my puppy chewed the remote control. Having tried everything else, I decided to try going back to the shop, where Robin and Tracey bent over backwards to help source a new remote. Big thank you to them!

A smaller b&q store. Used this as a click and collect site and they had the items ready in a short 55mins. Friendly on the inside, didn't look around the store as has already ordered what I wanted. Would use again.

I've been to this store several times and I'm not that impressed with this helpfulness of the staff. Some customer training would be good! Also B&Q can be a bit expensive. That said I have found a couple of nice garden things to buy!

Very expensive and limited choice. I always try and buy from local diy shops and hardware stores and try to avoid b&q if I can. They never have what I want at b&q and if they do the prices are extortionate. Try finding a long neck 74mm gu10 bulb and you won't here...

Called in today for some tomato grow bags (sold out), no doubt owing to C19 and the problems it's been causing. The 2m distancing and one way system works well, you've to queue to get in and the staff ask if you want a trolley which they give you with a wipedown. Card only at the present as well. ☺
