I got everything I needed at a very reasonable price however it would have been five stars had I not had a staff member serve me who didn't even speak even after I had said hello and goodbye. Not even a thank you from her.

I only go to B&Q if I am desperate. I think B&Q stands for bad quality. Most things are well over priced. Never ever buy timber from them it's over priced rubbish.

Rather a large queue, in the rain. Stock levels were poor to say the least so couldn't get what I wanted and ended having to buy a more expensive product, also had to travel to a different supplier in Derby to actually get something else I needed

Placed an order for click and collect within hour of payment.
I went to collect hour and half later. A member of staff greeted me at entrance and headed me towards click and collect counter.
She then came asked for my order number. As she checked she stated its not on shelf and was i sure i made order. I showed her text messages on my phone with order number. She still insisted it wasn't available ????
She then went to another till asked me to follow her she tried again still no order number.
She then went to another member of staff who tried still nothing on computer.
She and Another member of then went to shelves where items are.
Eventually I got my item.
This member of staff was very abrupt with me and other members of staff.
I must say I wouldn't like to work under this person. Very stroppy and bossy with how she spoke to me and staff!!!!!

Very well marshalled from outside and within store, very polite staff in all areas with excellent arrow directions and safety markings.

Your standard b and q but majority of the staff seem quite miserable and rather unhelpful. I often wonder if there is management issues here as it doesn't seem to be a nice working environment.

Went in for a garden rake....came out with it plus a selection of flower bulbs. Was amazed at the display of potted plants, seeds, flower bulbs and hundreds of other garden related products. The place to go to.
