Beech House Vets are the best choice for your pets health and wellbeing - they have always been so helpful when it comes to my cat!
The staff are so friendly and clear with any treatment options and I always feel safe knowing my fur baby is in good hands with their excellent and professional team.

Good vets. Clean practice, friendly staff offering a good service. Parking your car can be tricky but street parking available all around. All vets here are friendly and knowledgeable. The practice stays in touch regularly and sends vaccination reminders by text which is good to keep pets fully up to date and healthy.

I've been twice now with my little cockapoo be puppy, early in the day at around 8:30 - 9. It was quiet and pleasant. Staff are really friendly and helpful with loads of useful advice. As you would expect, the vets were great with my puppy and had treats ready to keep him happy.

I’ve been taking my pets to Beech house vet since I moved to Brighton.
I’ve been very happy with them and their service. The vets and nurses and staff are super friendly and always give good advice when needed.
My dog Molly is always happy when she visits the vets and their reception room is very welcoming.
I’ve never had any thought to change vets and highly recommend Them to people

Switched to this practice after being with another for many many years. I love this place as staff are really genuinely nice but my recent experience wasn't quite so great. I booked my 2 cats in and asked at the time if there would be 2 consultation fees, no as long as I bring them both in together and their seen together, that made sense, so i did. Afterwards at home I checked my bill and had been charged for 2 consultations. I called them and the reception desk apologised and tried to work out how to refund my card over the phone. She called me back after an hour or so, presumably having queried what to do with her colleagues but still couldn't work out how to refund over the phone. It was Friday so I waited till Monday. Nothing. Monday afternoon i walked there and was greeted by a not so friendly reception person who said that oh yes she had seen an email or something about this and that the 2 fees were correct. No-one had called me to let me know but 'as a good will gesture' (that old chestnut)and as the receptionist was new they would refund my 1 consultation fee. The manager did call me the following day and again the old chestnut of the good will gesture was dropped into the conversation but to be honest I now feel disappointed in them and wary.
You're not doing me a favour refunding me, you clearly made an error, not me and your receptionist on the Monday needs to be a little more customer orientated. Of course there is still the issue of 2 consultations fees for 2 same species of pet, cant quite appreciate that. Bringing in a dog & cat or cat and rabbit, but 2 cats and paying for 2 consultation fees with the one vet at the same time? very questionable. Perhaps the compromise would be a reduced combined duel consultation fee for those multiple pet owners.

I highly recommend the Beech House Vet Clinic. I have been attending this clinic for many years with both cats and dogs I have found that the vets and practitioners are superb. They listen carefully, spend time explaining options, and most importantly show genuine care for my pets.

Very happy with the service I've received on my first visit with a young kitten. The friendly staff provided good advice and a thorough check up at the consultation. The Pet Health Club plan offers good value and there was no pressure to sign up. They offer before and after work appointment times, and there's lots of free parking close by. Glad I wasn't put off by negative reviews, if you're concerned I'd suggest you request a quote on fees and follow up before visiting.

I highly recommend Beech House Vets. All staff are caring and friendly and they give good advice. One of my dogs was very ill recently and they always managed to see her and give me the time needed. I never felt rushed. They also phoned me after hours to let me know the results of tests and so on. I felt that they went that extra mile.
Sadly my dog did not make it and during this incredibly difficult time they were compassionate and sympathetic which helped enormously.

Really pleased to have found this vet practice. We have relocated to Brighton and were looking for a vet who could provide the same excellent levels of service we had experienced in our home town. We were with our previous vets for 18 years and were worried that it would take time for us and our cats to build a relationship with a new vet. The team at Beech House made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and the care Eric & Georgie (the cats) have received has been outstanding. Well done to the Beech House team!

Excellent treatment and advice. Very friendly and very helpful. My dog snapped her cruciate ligament and I was helped all the way through the long and difficult procedures. After care was equally good and reassuring .

This is a really friendly and caring vets. It gives the impression of being a small company who will remember every pet rather than one of the big chains with constantly changing vets and staff. We have signed up for their pet plan which covers all standard things needed such as flea/worming medicine, check ups, discount food etc etc and is amazing value for money. We joined this vets because it was recommended to us by 3 separate people which says it all.

Entirely unprofessional vets guilty of malpractice given that they failed to annotate our animals' files to record which medicines they have had prescribed and then left the animals suffering whilst they took holiday and offered no viable solution. Appalling.

We recently visited Beech House Vet Clinic in Brighton, sadly to have our poorly guinea pig put to sleep. The staff there were so kind and empathetic - and they even sent us a 'with sympathy' card a few days later. A really thoughtful touch. Thanks to all the staff there.

Very unhappy about false pricing information given to me prior treatment of my pet, despite a very clear request from myself for the all inclusive cost I would incur.
Like other reviews here the evential bill presented to me after the procedure was much higher than I was originally told, in my case nearly double!
If you are to use Beech House Vet Clinic I would suggest you get a written quote prior to any treatment, don't rely on verbal communication.
Be aware the pricing on their website doesn't include V.A.T. though there is no statement indicating this, which I thought was as a requirement.
Sadly my pet died a few days later with no visible improvement after the treatment she received.
Not a very positive experience, I cannot recommend Beech House Vet Clinic and certainly wouldn't use them again.
