Cloud 9 Vets helped my dog have peaceful sleep in the place he loved most
Saying goodbye to my best friend, my Westie, Max, was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. I knew the time was coming but when suddenly on a Sunday morning his condition had deteriorated so badly and he was in so much pain, there was no waiting. Thankfully, Cloud 9 was able to help me and Max. The coordinator Amber was kind and so helpful, leading me through the process and making sure that he could be seen that day. Dorangela, the vet, was calming, supportive, and such a wonderful person. They both took away a big part of the stress of the whole experience. All matters were handled in one go -- from arranging the vet to the pickup by the crematorium. It's not easy to come to the decision, but having Max take his final sleep in the comfort of his bed, outside in the garden he loved, surrounded by the people he loved, is a decision I don't regret making. A big thank you to Cloud 9 Vets.

We are so grateful to the vets and staff members who provide this service. Before our experience with Cloud 9 Vets, we have had to put two other dogs to sleep in veterinary clinics. The vets there were helpful, but the experience was extremely stressful and scary for our dogs. This time, our Jodie was able to leave this world in her favorite dog bed. Without any stress or pain.

We can`t even begin to express our gratitude to the helpful Cloud 9 vets. Our beloved Molly suffered from kidney disease for years but for the last several weeks her condition was growing worse. It's never easy to say goodbye to a family member but we think that the decision to end the suffering was the right one. Thank you Molly for the best moments of our lives!

Last year we had to put to sleep our senior cat Jerry, because he was obviously suffering in his last days, not because he was sick, but simply old. For the first time we decided to choose the option for home euthanasia and that is how we met the vets from Cloud 9 Vets. We loved the idea of a vet coming to your house so that the animal won’t be traumatized and he can spend his last ours with us at home.
The vet was very thoughtful and sympathetic, he explained us all the details and only after we assured him that it is ok, he put Jerry to sleep. Cloud 9 Vets made this difficult situation less painful and stressful for all of us.

We miss Ruby so much. Cloud 9 Vets were so kind to her in her final hours. She didn't seem to feel any pain till the very end. She is now probably playing with the other dogs in dog heaven.

We had a bad experience a couple of years ago, with our vet trying to keep a cat struggling on much longer than was fair. So when our remaining elderly cat started to struggle we wanted something different. The lovely vet from Cloud 9 reassured us that we were doing the right thing, at the right time, and my cat fell asleep in my arms. Thank you.

A month ago we had to say goodbye to our precious little muffin Tobby as he was diagnosed with incurable disease. We heard about Cloud 9 Vets by chance but we couldn’t be more grateful that their vet Dr. Jeremy was next to us. He explained us all the details - how will everything go, what will be the consequences and how he will put our dog to sleep in a gentle manner. Odd as it may sound but there really is a gentle in-home euthanasia for pets and the experts are called Cloud 9 Vets.
Thank you guys ! You really made Tobby’s last hours peaceful and pain-free

My dear Barni was the most cheerful, loving and loyal dog that I have ever met. We had such a wonderful time together, but about a year ago he got really sick. Even though I did everything to cure his illness and make him feel better again, the vets told me that I will only prolong the inevitable. As time went by and I was witnessing how painful it was for my beloved pet companion I decided to look for a more peaceful and painless way for him to spend his last days. A friend of mine told me about Cloud 9 Vets so I decided to seek for their in-home vet services. At first I was a bit sceptical what will happen and if this was the right decision but I was truly amazed by their compassionate and caring manner. My Barni was feeling no stress at all because he spent his last days in his favourite sofa thanks to the in-home gentle euthanasia. The vet was so caring and supportive all the time even when he gently put him down to sleep.

They say there is no greater gift than the love of a cat. Years ago I would disagree, but not until I met Smokey, gorgeous black & white stray cat that I adopted. Ever since, he was my beloved companion. Unfortunately he got really sick from a rare cat disease and I realised that his days were soon to be over. Our local vet told me that it would be best to euthanize him and let him pass away in peace and dignity. That’s how I met Cloud 9 Vets. Even though it was extremely painful moment to watch his last minutes, the vet was very understanding and caring both with me and my Smokey. They give you as much details about the procedure as you want to know. I would definitely recommend them if you ever find yourself in a situation like mine.
