A fairy garden place to get indoor/outdoor plants and fresh flower bouquet! There is a big selection of plants, pots and other gardening materials and accessories. People are friendly, helpful and very smiley ???? I will def visit them again! ????????????????????????????

Very pleased with the quality of the olive tree I ordered. It was as shown in the pictures online; tall, healthy and of quality. Communication excellent and was delivered on the day we had requested. I looked up Garden Centres on the map that are close to Victoria and found this one at Battersea - it is a relatively reasonable distance on bus 170 and an ideal afternoon out for several hours. It was based just off the busy road heading to Battersea Park.
The staff members were very friendly and welcoming; there was a vast array of plants and Xmas trees and a few indoor greenhouses towards the back end of the garden. I was mainly here to have a look around; I also purchased a small Xmas tree to keep throughout the festive season (£3.99 for a mini one) and a small container to go with it. I really enjoyed the variety of plants/herbs and the range of Xmas Trees (mostly from Norway) seemed appealing. The garden centre itself was quite narrow, and there was not much chance to socially distance so better to wear a mask, in my opinion, even though it is mostly outside!
An ideal time to visit during the winter, to get into the Festive Spirit.

I ordered a box of herb plants as a gift and was given great advice and help with the order which was then delivered on time and exactly as we had discussed. Both staff we dealt were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend and use again!

Every time I visit this lovely corner of my neighbourhood I feel slightly ashamed I don't go as often as I should and sometimes opt for convenience. It's such a lovely peaceful spot, everyone is so friendly and helpful, with hints and tips on making the most out of your plants. Their prices are reasonable and they never give the impression of being sale driven - rather that they just love what they do. I promise I'll visit more often!

Such a special local gem. Walking through the long narrow path from the entrance all the way to the back feels like discovering a new, hidden world, every time!
The quality of the plants combined with the knowledgeable and friendly service makes this place impossible to beat.
Went there today and received advice on how to turn the shady part of our flower bed into something lush and green. Extremely happy with the result!

We got our Christmas tree and wreath delivered. The services was excellent and Paul whom even opened a couple of trees for me to see was very kind and gave me advice. I would recommend this place 100% :)

Amazing place, with such a good vibe - it’s a real experience just walking around. Great selection of plants and nice varied pots of all colors and sizes + a greenhouse with indoor plants and succulents. Extremely friendly service! Such a gem, will definitely buy more plants from here!

absolutely beautiful and dreamy place! the staff is lovely as well. I went there today to get some soil and a bigger pot for my little venus flytrap and the lovely lady who I assume was the owner, told me that I can take free pots and she filled the pot with fresh soil for only 40p or something. such a pleasant experience it was.

Fantastic place to see a good range of outdoor plants. There are also a good selection of flowers for home, office or as gift. The only suggestion is to increase the variation of the indoor plants. I prefer to support the local businesses rather than companies like patch plants so if you guys keep up I am sure there are many people with the same mind set as mine. There has a good hype and buzz around interior decoration with plants in past few months such as jungle fever or eclectic jungle. Keep the good work and I ll pop around in 2-3 weeks again. Thanks

The place itself is beautiful but the customer service isn't the best. I've been twice as needed something specific and wanted to support businesses in my local area especially with a number closing in the past couple of months. But for whatever reason I can never seem to get any service and so won't be going back .... I guess I'm sticking with online shopping.
Thank you for your reply and just to confirm I didn't and still don't have an issue. However, just as you stated none of your colleagues can remember speaking to me is the reason for my review and disappointment. I requested the help and your colleague said he was coming back and never did. Only when I was leaving did he apologize and explain he had to stand at the door, if there were other members of staff maybe another individual could've assisted, rather than me just waiting for help that was never going happen.

but their customer service leaves something to be desired.
I wanted to purchase a certain type of plant that they normally
stocked but were sold out. Business must be good because
after leaving my details so that I could buy one from the next
expected batch, they never called me.

Seeing everyone’s glowing reviews below, I feel like we must have gone here on a bad day! The place itself is lovely - tucked away and a nice surprise amongst the urban sprawl. However, of the 12 plants we bought, 8 developed fungus on their leaves. Really disappointed as 2 plants died as a result.

Singing high praise for Sandra the lovely lady instructing us on Saturday on the art of wreath making. I have been making my own wreath for years but was fed up with getting stuck to boiling glue and pine cones. I wanted to find out how to attach everything so that it stayed in place! The workshop is inside a wonderful garden shed with a large pot of mulled wine simmering in a corner. Sandra was so full of energy and fun the two hours flew by and we all finished with the most beautiful wreaths.

Sandra from Battersea flower station came to a hen party I was organising to teach us how to make flower crowns. Everyone absolutely loved the class and Sandra was so much fun and helped us all to make them look fabulous. The crowns looked so special and the hen loved it. the flowers were so fresh and beautiful and we were given such a generous selection. I would highly recommend this activity and florist.

Ordered some outdoor plants from them during lockdown and I was so impressed. The quality is excellent, delivery was quick (I was expecting it to take a while, given the difficulties at the moment) and the lady who dropped the plants off was really friendly and stopped for a quick chat. I really recommend doing any of the classes here. I had been looking for a flower arranging class for so long and they were all so expensive and inconvenient, but this one was really reasonable and Sandra was so flexible with timings to accommodate us. The flowers were beautiful and there was so much choice. The whole atmosphere was really relaxed and fun - such a nice activity to do with friends. I will definitely be coming back for the Christmas workshop.

We used Battersea Flower Station for our wedding, and from the very start they made the process easy, and we always felt we were in good hands.
Come the day before our wedding, our flowers arrived, and they were absolutely stunning. My partner is Australian, so her bouquet was full of Australian native plants and flowers, which we had not expected to be available. The buttonholes complemented the bouquets perfectly, and the ferns as centrepieces on the tables were vibrant and bountiful.
We would recommend anybody to use Battersea Flower Station for parties, weddings, or just for a bouquet of flowers.

Well, I came in the other day to ask about my small avocado plant and how to repot the tiny thing. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful providing advice, a pot and fresh compost.

I couldn't believe my luck when I won a place on a Floral Arranging Workshop via Instagram. On the morning I arrived early and was met by the friendly staff who showed me around this magical place, even the resident robin flew down to say hello. The workshop was well demonstrated and Sandra had chosen beautiful seasonal flowers and foliage. She told us the names of each flower and the best way to create a beautiful hand-tied bouquet. This really is a magical oasis, I loved everything, the plants, pots, painted signs and quirkiness of it all. Thank you to Sandra and Tamsin for a wonderful morning ????

I used BFS for a window box at my flat. The whole process was so easy. John was really responsive and kept in touch with me at all stages. The installation took place when he said and without fuss. Even paying the bill was easy (!) as it is all done electronically. Great service and highly recommended.

This place is an oasis in Battersea, not the biggest of spaces but they certainly have a great variety. Pitched at the usual London prices but there are a number of bargains to be grabbed but the plants and pots are always of a high quality... also they offer a reasonable home delivery a safe and reliable garden centre...
