Excellent service, I live in Spain but wanted to send a gift to my friend for her 60th birthday.I picked the Kew pot with box and ivy, but unfortunately they had no box left and suggested changing it to purple flowering Hebe, and sent me photo of the pot planted with the Hebe so I could see it, and delivered as promised this morning to my friend in Wandsworth Common - she loves the pot and the hebe.
From the moment I first emailed them with my query - they responded very promptly and were extremely helpful. Will definitely use them again.

Wow! I don't use this workd often but BAttersea Flower Station deserves it! Not only have they changed the view from my morning busstop commute into a floral oasis but the customer service is outstanding. I ordered flowers online to be delivered that day, I had ordered late in the morning and was told that a morning delivery would not be possible but they would be delivered that day. The flowers were hand delivered to the apartment door, not just left with the conceirge!! The bouquet was beautiful and the best value in London I have ever had.
Well done- great seeinga local business doing so well and delivering such great service..I will now be a regular customer!
